【摘要】：在系統(tǒng)回顧既往冠心病痰證相關(guān)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用層次分析法進(jìn)行專家群決策,結(jié)合多輪研討與論證,確定了冠心病痰濕證臨床診斷指標(biāo)及其權(quán)重賦分。歷時(shí)三年余,逾百名臨床與方法學(xué)專家參與制定的中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《冠心病痰濕證臨床診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》于2017年8月24日正式發(fā)布。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括3項(xiàng)主要指標(biāo)(3分/項(xiàng)),即舌胖邊有齒痕、苔膩、苔滑,2項(xiàng)次要指標(biāo)(2分/項(xiàng)),即胸悶、脈濡或滑,8項(xiàng)其他指標(biāo)(1分/項(xiàng)),即肢體困重、口黏、體胖、大便黏滯、脘腹痞滿、面色晦濁、嗜睡、納呆,符合現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)冠心病診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),臨床見上述指標(biāo)累計(jì)賦分≥6分者可診斷為冠心病痰濕證。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可以與冠心病其他證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合并使用,并推薦用于冠心病痰濕證診斷,是否可以用于干預(yù)措施的臨床療效評(píng)價(jià)有待研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the systematic review of the related diagnostic criteria of sputum syndrome of coronary heart disease, the expert group decision was made by AHP, and the clinical diagnostic index and weight of phlegm dampness syndrome of coronary heart disease were determined by combining with many rounds of discussion and argumentation, which lasted for more than three years. More than 100 clinical and methodological experts participated in the establishment of the Chinese Association of traditional Chinese Medicine Group Standard "Clinical criteria for the diagnosis of phlegm-dampness Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease", which was officially published on August 24th 2017. The standard includes three main indicators (3 points per item), that is, teeth marks on the fat side of the tongue. 2 minor indexes (2 points per item, I. e., chest tightness, pulse acculturation or slip), other indexes (1 / item), that is, limb drowsiness, mouth stickiness, body fat, stool viscosity, epigastric distension, dark complexion, drowsy face, lethargy, dumbness, dumbness, lethargy, lethargy, lethargy, lethargy, lethargy, and lethargy.
