【摘要】：目的:通過銀翹散對妊娠期外感發(fā)熱患者的臨床治療,觀察其臨床療效,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,更好地發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥治療本病的優(yōu)勢,為本方在臨床上的應用及推廣提供理論依據(jù)。方法:選擇符合納入標準的妊娠期合并外感發(fā)熱的患者,辨證論治后,給予中藥銀翹散加減治療。以銀翹散煎煮方法煎煮。病重者,約4小時一服,日三服,夜一服;輕者,約6小時一服,日二服,夜一服;病不解者,作再服。每次100-150ml。療程3-7天。忌食生冷辛辣、油膩等刺激性食物。采用治療前后自身對照法,分別記錄治療前后的體溫、中醫(yī)癥狀積分評分表以及相關的生化指標,于治療后觀察患者體溫變化、中醫(yī)癥狀體征積分變化等情況,利用統(tǒng)計學處理軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,并判定臨床療效。結(jié)果:1.妊娠患者治療前與治療后體溫進行比較分析,t=13.71,P0.01,有顯著差異,且治療后妊娠患者體溫明顯低于治療前的體溫,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。2.中醫(yī)癥候臨床療效的總有效率是90%。妊娠患者治療前和治療后的中醫(yī)癥狀總積分,以及各單項中醫(yī)癥狀積分,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學比較分析,均P0.01,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:1.妊娠外感發(fā)熱疾病的治療,強調(diào)"祛邪、清熱、安胎"三管齊下,治以"解表透邪,清熱安胎",方用銀翹散加減。2.銀翹散加減治療妊娠外感發(fā)熱疾病,在臨床應用中療效較著,值得推廣與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yinqiao Powder on the patients with external fever during pregnancy, and to summarize the experience so as to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of this disease. Methods: select the patients who meet the criteria of pregnancy and external fever, and treat them according to syndrome differentiation, and provide the theoretical basis for the clinical application and popularization of the prescription. Add and subtract the traditional Chinese medicine Yinqiao Powder. Decoction with Yinqiao Powder decoction. Seriously ill, about 4 hours a day, three times a day, one night; light, about 6 hours, two days, one night; those who are ill, Take it again. 100-150ml / time. The course of treatment is 3-7 days. Avoid eating irritant food, such as cold, spicy, greasy, etc. The body temperature, TCM symptom score and related biochemical indexes were recorded before and after treatment by self-control method. After treatment, we observed the changes of patients' body temperature, the integral changes of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyzed the data by using statistical processing software. Results 1.The body temperature of pregnant patients before and after treatment was compared with that after treatment. There was significant difference in body temperature of pregnant patients before and after treatment, and the body temperature of pregnant patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment. The difference is statistically significant. The total effective rate of clinical curative effect of TCM symptoms is 90. The total scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in pregnancy patients, as well as the scores of individual TCM symptoms, are compared and analyzed statistically. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 1. The treatment of ectopic febrile diseases of pregnancy emphasizes "dispelling evil, clearing away heat, and calming the fetus". Yinqiao Powder added and subtracted to treat pregnancy external febrile disease, the curative effect in clinical application is remarkable, it is worth popularizing and using for reference.
