【摘要】：目的:通過隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn)方法,進(jìn)一步明確雷火灸活血化瘀行氣止痛功效的有效性、安全性,完善其技術(shù)操作,形成應(yīng)用規(guī)范和指南。方法:本研究觀察患者均來源于吉林省中醫(yī)院肛腸科門診患者,將60例氣滯血瘀型血栓性外痔的患者分成兩組各30例,治療組給予雷火灸治療,對(duì)照組給予長(zhǎng)春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院的肛腸熏洗藥物(院內(nèi)制劑)治療,兩組均連續(xù)治療7天;區(qū)別地觀察和記錄治療前后兩組病例在疼痛程度、病灶腫脹程度、異物感情況、局部皮膚顏色的積分情況以及臨床療效,所有數(shù)據(jù)均應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS19.0來進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,證實(shí)本課題的相關(guān)觀點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:60例患者全部完成臨床觀察研究,沒有不良事件發(fā)生。通過治療觀察與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析之后,顯示出雷火灸組(臨床痊愈2例,顯效11例,有效12例,無效5例)與肛腸熏洗組(臨床痊愈1例,顯效5例,有效14例,無效10例)相比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。兩組的總有效率分別為83.33%和66.67%。雷火灸治療本病的療效明顯優(yōu)于肛腸熏洗療法。結(jié)論:雷火灸對(duì)于氣滯血瘀型血栓性外痔的患者有效地改善了疼痛、病灶腫脹、異物感、局部皮膚顏色等臨床表現(xiàn),且較中藥熏洗療法顯著。雷火灸療法簡(jiǎn)單安全、療效確切、價(jià)格便宜、不易產(chǎn)生依賴性、使用簡(jiǎn)便,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用,在氣滯血瘀型血栓性外痔的患者的治療上大大提高中醫(yī)特色療法的使用率,患者可以自行操作,既減輕患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)又使醫(yī)生減少了工作強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to further clarify the efficacy and safety of fire moxibustion with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis to relieve pain by randomized controlled clinical trial, and to improve its technical operation. Methods: in this study, 60 patients with thrombotic hemorrhoids of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, and 30 cases in treatment group were treated with moxibustion with thunder fire. The control group was treated with anus and intestinal fumigation drugs (in-hospital preparations) in the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The two groups were treated continuously for 7 days. The pain degree, swelling degree and foreign body sensation of the two groups were observed and recorded separately before and after treatment. The integral of local skin color and clinical effect were analyzed by statistical software SPSS19.0. Results all 60 patients completed the clinical observation study. There were no adverse events. After treatment observation and statistical analysis, it was shown that the group of thunder fire moxibustion (2 cases of clinical cure, 11 cases of remarkable effect, 12 cases of effective and 5 cases of ineffective) and the group of anorectal fumigation and washing (1 case of clinical cure, 5 cases of remarkable effect), Effective 14 cases, The total effective rates of the two groups were 83.33% and 66.67 respectively. The curative effect of Thunderfire moxibustion on this disease is obviously better than that on anorectal fumigation. Conclusion: Thunderfire moxibustion is effective in treating thrombotic external hemorrhoids of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Has effectively improved the pain, The lesion swelling, foreign body sensation, local skin color and other clinical manifestations are more obvious than traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy. Thunderfire moxibustion therapy is simple, safe, effective, cheap, not easy to produce dependence, easy to use and worthy of clinical application. In the treatment of patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy is greatly improved, the patients can operate on their own, which not only lightens the economic burden of patients but also reduces the working intensity of doctors.
