【摘要】：目的：通過金枳術(shù)石湯治療泌尿系結(jié)石(濕熱氣滯型)的臨床觀察研究,對(duì)該方產(chǎn)生的療效和安全性進(jìn)行初步評(píng)價(jià)。并對(duì)中醫(yī)治療泌尿系結(jié)石的治療規(guī)律進(jìn)行探討。方法：依據(jù)本試驗(yàn)的納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)符合條件的42例受試者采用隨機(jī)、對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn)的方法,將其分為治療組(金枳術(shù)石湯)和對(duì)照組(腎石通顆粒)。療程4周。觀察兩組受試者治療前后的臨床綜合療效、無石率、中醫(yī)證候積分、尿液分析、泌尿系彩超等方面的情況,并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)所得數(shù)據(jù),做出初步的療效及安全性評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果：本試驗(yàn)治療組總有效率85.71%,對(duì)照組總有效率71.42%,兩組總有效率比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義P0.05；治療后治療組與對(duì)照組的尿白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、尿紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。中醫(yī)證侯療效治療組有效率90.47%,對(duì)照組有效率80.95%,治療后兩組中醫(yī)證候積分比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。安全性觀察中,未見與用藥相關(guān)的皮疹、消化道反應(yīng)、皮膚瘀點(diǎn)瘀斑等不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：金枳術(shù)石湯不僅可以有效促進(jìn)泌尿系結(jié)石(濕熱氣滯型)患者的結(jié)石排出,而且可以有效緩解泌尿系結(jié)石患者的腰腹疼痛、尿頻尿急、血尿等臨床癥狀。有效的減少尿紅細(xì)胞、尿白細(xì)胞。在與腎石通顆粒的療效比較中發(fā)現(xiàn),金枳術(shù)石湯優(yōu)于腎石通顆粒,安全性良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jinzhi Zhushi decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi (damp heat qi stagnation type). To evaluate the curative effect and safety of this prescription, and to discuss the treatment rule of traditional Chinese medicine for urinary calculi. Methods: according to the inclusion standard and exclusion standard of this experiment, 42 subjects who met the requirements were randomly used. The methods of clinical trial were compared and divided into two groups: the treatment group (Jinzhi Zhushi decoction) and the control group (Shenshi Tong granule) for 4 weeks. The clinical comprehensive curative effect, stone free rate, TCM syndromes integral, urine analysis were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The status of urography and other aspects, and according to the data obtained from the test, Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71, the total effective rate of the control group was 71.42, and the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.47 and that of the control group was 80.95.The score of TCM syndromes in the two groups was statistically significant after treatment. No rash related to medication was found in the safety observation. Conclusion: Jinzhi Zhushi decoction can not only effectively promote the excretion of stones in patients with urinary calculi (damp-heat qi stagnation type), but also alleviate the pain of waist and abdomen in patients with urinary calculi. Frequent urination, hematuria and other clinical symptoms. Effectively reduce urine red blood cells, urine white blood cells. In comparison with Shenshi Tong granule, Jinzhi Zhushi decoction is superior to Shenshi Tong granule, the safety is good.
