【摘要】：總結(jié)王富春教授臨床選穴經(jīng)驗(yàn),他首次凝練出"主癥選主穴,辨證選配穴,隨癥加減穴,善用效驗(yàn)穴"的臨證選穴要訣。"主癥選主穴"是抓住疾病的主要癥狀選穴;"辨證選配穴"是辨別疾病的證型選穴;"隨癥加減穴"是根據(jù)疾病的變化選穴;"善用效驗(yàn)穴"是熟練掌握腧穴作用的選穴。此要訣為王富春教授學(xué)術(shù)思想及臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)的高度概括,行之有效地指導(dǎo)著針灸臨床。
[Abstract]:Summing up Professor Wang Fuchun's experience in clinical acupoint selection, for the first time he condensed out "the main symptom selects the main point, discriminates the symptoms and selects the points, adds and subtracts the points with the syndrome," The key to selecting points of clinical syndrome is to make good use of effective points. "selecting main points by main symptom" is the main symptom selection of disease; "selecting points according to syndrome differentiation" is the selection of syndrome type of disease; "adding and subtracting points with disease" is the selection of points according to the change of disease; "making good use of effective points" is the selection of points according to the change of disease. "examination of acupoints" is the selection of acupoints to master the role of acupoints skillfully. The key to this is a highly summary of Professor Wang Fuchun's academic thought and clinical experience. It is effective in guiding acupuncture and moxibustion clinic.
