【摘要】：以"艾灸""溫?zé)岽碳?為關(guān)鍵詞,收集1995年6月1日至2016年6月1日Pub Med、相關(guān)期刊論文、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫的艾灸溫通效應(yīng)機(jī)制研究的文獻(xiàn)。從艾灸溫?zé)岽碳さ慕嵌确治鎏接懓臏赝ㄐ?yīng)的啟動機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:艾灸穴位局部溫度升高,激活穴位局部的特異感受器、熱敏感免疫細(xì)胞、熱休克蛋白等以啟動艾灸溫通效應(yīng)、誘發(fā)多種局部效應(yīng),并經(jīng)神經(jīng)、體液途徑,將艾灸溫?zé)岽碳ば盘栆约昂罄m(xù)效應(yīng)傳導(dǎo)至遠(yuǎn)部器官及全身,引起遠(yuǎn)部特定靶器官和全身系統(tǒng)的后續(xù)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:From the angle of moxibustion warm - heat stimulation , the author discusses the mechanism of moxibustion ' s warming - on effect . The results show that the local temperature of moxibustion acupuncture points is increased , specific receptors on acupuncture points are activated , heat - sensitive immune cells , heat shock proteins and the like are activated to activate moxibustion warming - through effect , various local effects are induced , and the moxibustion warm - heat stimulation signals and the subsequent effects are conducted to the distal organs and the whole body through the nerve and body fluid pathway , which causes the follow - up effects of the specific target organs and the whole body system of the distal part .
