【摘要】：目的:通過臨床流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,分析探討凝血酶原時間延長的代償期肝炎肝硬化患者癥狀分布特點。方法:收集符合選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的代償期肝炎肝硬化患者,采集其一般資料、癥狀(一般癥狀、舌象、脈象)和凝血酶原時間(PT)的結(jié)果。錄入數(shù)據(jù)后,運(yùn)用SPSS 20.0統(tǒng)計軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行卡方檢驗,比較各個癥狀在PT延長患者與未延長患者之間的頻率。結(jié)果:代償期肝炎肝硬化患者中,PT延長組與PT未延長組患者相比,浮腫、目澀、腹脹、納呆、厭油膩、便溏、尿量減少在PT延長組頻率高于PT未延長組頻率,且有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:PT延長的代償期肝炎肝硬化患者中,浮腫、尿量減少、腹脹、納呆、厭油膩、便溏、目澀出現(xiàn)頻率較高,說明PT延長可能與脾氣虛、水濕內(nèi)停、陰虛有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: through clinical epidemiological investigation, analysis of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis symptoms distribution characteristics of prolonged prothrombin time. Methods: We collected patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis selection criteria, collected the general information, symptoms (general symptoms, tongue, pulse) and prothrombin time (PT). The results of data entry, application the data were analyzed using the chi square test of SPSS 20 statistical software, compare the various symptoms in PT patients and prolong the patients did not extend between frequency. Results: Patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis, PT group and PT group did not extend to extend patients with edema, eye soreness, distension, poor appetite, tired greasy, loose stool, urine volume decreased in PT group is higher than PT group did not extend the frequency, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis edema prolonged PT, urine volume, less abdominal distension, poor appetite, tired greasy, loose stools, dry eyes out The present frequency is high, indicating that the extension of PT may be related to the deficiency of temper, water wetness and yin deficiency.
