【摘要】：目的:探討亞健康陽虛體質(zhì)人群軀干功能區(qū)紅外熱圖典型特征。方法:將94例研究對象分為健康平和質(zhì)組30例、亞健康陽虛質(zhì)組34例和亞健康陰虛質(zhì)組30例,采用DH-2010-B型短焦距非制冷遠(yuǎn)紅外熱像儀和IRM View熱圖分析系統(tǒng)采集并分析熱圖。結(jié)果:陽虛質(zhì)三焦溫度呈"倒金字塔"分布,具有"上熱下寒"特征,熱圖表現(xiàn)為胃脘溫度低,腹部呈"水池樣"改變,局部有一個(gè)或多個(gè)"冰塊樣"低溫區(qū);陰虛質(zhì)熱圖表現(xiàn)為胃脘溫度高,腹部呈"板塊樣"高溫分布,沿髖骨外緣出現(xiàn)"截?cái)?現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論:亞健康陽虛體質(zhì)人群軀干功能區(qū)紅外熱圖特征符合中醫(yī)辨證論治,可為中醫(yī)精準(zhǔn)診療提供可視化依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the typical features of infrared thermogram in the trunk function area of subhealthy Yang deficiency population. Methods: 94 subjects were divided into three groups: 30 cases in healthy and peaceful group, 34 cases in subhealthy yang deficiency group and 30 cases in subhealthy yin deficiency group. The thermal images were collected and analyzed by DH-2010-B short focal length uncooled far infrared thermal imager and IRM View thermal analysis system. The results showed that the temperature of Yang vacuity triple coke was "inverted pyramids" and had the characteristics of "upper heat and lower cold", and the heat map showed that the temperature of stomach was low. The abdomen showed a "pool like" change, with one or more "ice cubes" in the local hypothermia area, and the yin deficiency thermogram showed a high temperature in the epigastrium and a "plate like" high temperature distribution in the abdomen. Conclusion: the characteristics of infrared thermogram in the functional area of the trunk of subhealthy people with Yang deficiency are in accordance with the differentiation of TCM symptoms and signs, and can provide visual basis for accurate diagnosis and treatment of TCM.
