【摘要】：目的:觀察加味三拗湯沖劑對(duì)支原體肺炎(風(fēng)寒襲肺型)患者的臨床療效及對(duì)C反應(yīng)蛋白的影響。方法:采用隨機(jī)對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)研究方法選定72例支原體肺炎門診患者為研究對(duì)象,將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例采用隨機(jī)分組的方法,分為治療組與對(duì)照組,每組各36例,治療組采用口服加味三拗湯沖劑及口服莫西沙星治療,對(duì)照組口服莫西沙星治療,治療周期為14日,觀察兩組患者治療前后癥狀、體征及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查的改善情況,并觀察對(duì)C反應(yīng)蛋白改變的影響。結(jié)果:1.加味三拗湯沖劑對(duì)支原體肺炎患者治療效果顯著,總有效率是94.29%,與對(duì)照組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.加味三拗湯沖劑可有效改善患者咳嗽、咳痰的中醫(yī)證候,效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。3.加味三拗湯沖劑能有效降低C反應(yīng)蛋白水平,治療前后比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),并優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。4.加味三拗湯沖劑對(duì)降低支原體肺炎(風(fēng)寒襲肺型)支原體IgM陽性率有明顯效果,并優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.加味三拗湯沖劑可有效改善患者咳嗽、咳痰的癥狀,并優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.加味三拗湯沖劑能有效降低支原體肺炎(風(fēng)寒襲肺型)C反應(yīng)蛋白水平,并優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.加味三拗湯沖劑對(duì)支原體肺炎(風(fēng)寒襲肺型)臨床療效顯著,可明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀與體征,未見不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Jiawei Sanjiao decoction on mycoplasma pneumonia (wind-cold attack lung type). Methods: 72 outpatients with mycoplasma pneumoniae were selected as the study objects by randomized control group. The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The treatment group was treated with oral Jiawei Sanao decoction and oral moxifloxacin. The control group was treated by oral moxifloxacin on 14th. The improvement of symptoms, signs and laboratory examination were observed before and after treatment. The effect of Jiawei Sanao decoction on the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia was observed. Results the total effective rate was 94.29%. Compared with the control group, there is statistical significance (P 0.05N. 2). Jiawei Sanao decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of cough and expectoration. The effect was obviously better than that of the control group (P0.05P0.05.3. Jiawei Sanjiao decoction could effectively reduce the level of C-reactive protein, there was significant difference between before and after treatment (P0.05). And better than the control group .4.Jiawei Sanao decoction on the reduction of mycoplasma pneumonia (wind-cold attack lung type) Mycoplasma IgM positive rate has obvious effect. It is superior to the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. Jiawei Sanjiao decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of cough and expectoration in patients. And better than the control group .2.Jiawei Sanao decoction can effectively reduce the level of mycoplasma pneumonia (wind-cold attack lung type) C-reactive protein. And better than the control group .3.Jiawei Sanwao decoction for mycoplasma pneumonia (wind-cold attack lung type) clinical efficacy is significant, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, no adverse reactions.
