【摘要】：目的:觀察痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方治療濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)型急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療效果。期望為臨床治療急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎提供一種新的方法。方法:隨機(jī)選擇來(lái)自湖南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬常德醫(yī)院門(mén)診病人急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者共60例,根據(jù)患者就診日期與門(mén)診號(hào)先后順序隨機(jī)分為兩組,即治療組30例(痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組),對(duì)照組30例(痛風(fēng)定膠囊組)。在基礎(chǔ)治療之上,治療組服用痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方,治療7天,對(duì)照組服用痛風(fēng)定膠囊,從疼痛視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法、中醫(yī)證候積分值及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)評(píng)估痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方的療效及安全性。結(jié)果:1.痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組與痛風(fēng)定膠囊組對(duì)急性痛風(fēng)關(guān)節(jié)炎的證候緩解具有良好效果,兩組患者治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分值有顯著性差異(p0.01),在第3天及第7天觀察時(shí)點(diǎn),兩組間中醫(yī)證候積分值比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),證候緩解方面痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組優(yōu)于痛風(fēng)定膠囊組。2.痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組與痛風(fēng)定膠囊組對(duì)急性痛風(fēng)關(guān)節(jié)炎的疼痛緩解具有良好效果,兩組患者治療前后疼痛VAS評(píng)分值有顯著性差異(p0.01),在第3天及第7天觀察時(shí)點(diǎn),兩組間疼痛VAS評(píng)分值差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),疼痛緩解方面痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組優(yōu)于痛風(fēng)定膠囊組。3.痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組與痛風(fēng)定組對(duì)降低急性痛風(fēng)關(guān)節(jié)炎的UA、ESR、CRP具有良好效果,痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組優(yōu)于痛風(fēng)定組(p0.05)。4.綜合療效痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方組(93.3%)優(yōu)于痛風(fēng)定膠囊組(83.3%)(p0.05)。結(jié)論:痛風(fēng)1號(hào)方可以有效緩解急性痛風(fēng)關(guān)節(jié)炎疼痛及相關(guān)癥狀體征,同時(shí)具有降低UA、ESR、CRP指標(biāo)的作用,降低炎癥反應(yīng),改善患者臨床癥狀且臨床應(yīng)用中未發(fā)現(xiàn)毒副作用,值得進(jìn)一步研究和臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of No. 1 in the treatment of gout shireyunjiexing acute gouty arthritis. Expecting to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods: randomly selected from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Changde hospital outpatient acute gouty arthritis patients in 60 cases, according to the date of patients with outpatient has the order were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group 30 cases (gout No. 1 Fang Zu), 30 cases in the control group (Tongfengding capsule group). On the basis of treatment, the treatment group taking gout No. 1, 7 days of treatment, the control group taking Tongfengding capsule, scoring from the visual analog pain, TCM syndrome integral value and related laboratory indicators to evaluate the efficacy and safety of gout No. 1. Results: 1. gout group and 1 fixed gout capsule group of acute gouty arthritis syndrome remission has good effect, two groups of patients before and after treatment. Medicine syndrome scores had significant difference (P0.01), on the third day and 7 day observation period, two groups of TCM syndrome score was statistically significant (P0.05), TCM syndrome relieving gout No. 1 group than Tongfengding capsule group.2. group and 1 gout gout capsules group acute gouty arthritis pain has good effect, two groups of patients before and after treatment of pain VAS score had significant difference (P0.01), on the third day and 7 day observation points, score differences between the two groups was statistically significant pain VAS (P0.05), pain relieving gout No. 1 group was better than that of Tongfengding capsule group.3. group and 1 gout gout group to reduce acute gouty arthritis UA, ESR, CRP has a good effect, gout No. 1 group was better than that of Tongfengding group (P0.05).4. No. 1, the comprehensive curative effect of gout group (93.3%) than Tongfengding capsule group (83.3%) (P0.05). Conclusion: No. 1, gout It can effectively relieve pain and related symptoms and signs of acute gouty arthritis, and reduce the function of UA, ESR and CRP, reduce inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical symptoms of patients. No toxic side effects have been found in clinical application. It is worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
