【摘要】：高血壓病是一種臨床上常見的疾病,近年來隨著發(fā)病率的居高不下日益受到人們的重視。由于高血壓病的病因及發(fā)病機(jī)制復(fù)雜,祖國醫(yī)學(xué)對其稱呼多種多樣,有“眩暈”“頭風(fēng)”“肝風(fēng)”。此病發(fā)作時(shí),患者自覺眼前物體及周圍環(huán)境有旋轉(zhuǎn)感,如坐舟船,同時(shí)伴或不伴頭痛、惡心、心悸、失眠多夢等癥狀。長期血壓控制不良,可出現(xiàn)心絞痛、心肌梗死、腦卒中、動脈硬化等并發(fā)癥。高血壓病對患者的日常生活,以及辦公或?qū)W習(xí)造成了極壞的影響,使其無法保證生存質(zhì)量。吾師張艷教授,遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院慢病科主任醫(yī)師,遼寧省省級名醫(yī),從醫(yī)三十余年,潛心致力于心血管內(nèi)科的臨床研究,在臨床實(shí)踐中善于思考領(lǐng)悟,提出了許多個(gè)人獨(dú)到見解。在高血壓的治療問題上,吾師臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富,通過多年臨床觀察和實(shí)踐,以及學(xué)習(xí)并總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),得出了獨(dú)具匠心的觀點(diǎn)。對于高血壓的病名,張師認(rèn)為,從脈位、脈象等方面分析,直接改稱“脈脹”更為妥帖準(zhǔn)確,凡符合其脈象的中醫(yī)證型均可歸納到此行列。將“脈脹”應(yīng)用于臨床,不僅提高了辯證的準(zhǔn)確性,還為高血壓的治療打開了新局面。并且吾師在結(jié)合脈象的同時(shí)亦注重辯證論治,將個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)應(yīng)用于臨床實(shí)踐中,根據(jù)具體辯證結(jié)果加減藥物,取得了較好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Hypertension is a common disease in clinic. With the high incidence of hypertension, people pay more and more attention to it in recent years. Because of the complexity of the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension, the traditional Chinese medicine calls it a variety of names. There are "vertigo", "head wind" and "liver wind". When the disease occurs, the patient is aware of the rotation of the object in front of his eyes and the surrounding environment, such as taking a boat, accompanied or not accompanied by headache, nausea, palpitations. Long-term poor blood pressure control, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, stroke, arteriosclerosis and other complications. Hypertension on the daily life of patients. As well as the office or the study caused the extremely bad influence, makes it unable to guarantee the quality of life. My teacher Zhang Yan, Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital director of chronic disease physician, Liaoning Province famous doctors, more than 30 years of medical practice. Dedicated to the clinical study of cardiovascular medicine, in clinical practice is good at thinking and understanding, put forward a lot of individual unique views. In the treatment of hypertension, my teacher has a lot of clinical experience. Through many years of clinical observation and practice, as well as learning and summing up experience, a unique point of view has been drawn. For the name of hypertension, Zhang Shi believes that from the point of view of pulse position, pulse and so on. It is more accurate to change the name of "pulse distension" directly. All the TCM syndromes that accord with its pulse can be summed up to this rank. The application of "pulse distension" to clinical practice not only improves the dialectical accuracy. Also opened up a new situation for the treatment of hypertension. And my teacher in combination with pulse at the same time also pay attention to dialectical treatment, personal experience in clinical practice, according to the specific dialectical results of drug addition and subtraction. Good clinical effect has been obtained.
