【摘要】：目的觀察金葉敗毒顆粒治療兒童手足口病的臨床療效。方法選取患兒240例,隨機分為實驗組(120例)和對照組(120例)。對照組給予抗病毒、抗感染、退熱補充維生素等常規(guī)治療,實驗組在上述治療的基礎上給予金葉敗毒顆�？诜�,觀察兩組患兒臨床癥狀與體征的改善(肢體停止抖動)體溫血糖的變化,以及危重癥病例發(fā)生頻率。結果實驗組在在臨床癥狀的改善上、患兒體溫和血糖變化上均優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論金葉敗毒顆粒在手足口病中對患兒癥狀的改善、體溫和血糖的下降有一定的療效,能夠縮短病程,減輕患兒病情,減少危重癥病例的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Jinye Baidu granule in treating children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 240 children were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 120) and control group (n = 120) and control group (n = 120). Anti-infection, antipyretic supplement vitamin and other routine treatment, the experimental group on the basis of the above treatment of Jinye Baidu granules oral. The changes of body temperature and blood sugar and the frequency of severe cases were observed. Results the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs (limb stop shake) and the frequency of severe cases were observed in the two groups. Results the improvement of clinical symptoms was observed in the experimental group. The changes of body temperature and blood glucose in children were better than those in control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Jinye Baidu granule can improve the symptoms of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. The decrease of body temperature and blood sugar can shorten the course of disease, reduce the condition of children and reduce the incidence of critical cases.
