【摘要】：通過考察全國統(tǒng)編《中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論》教材中的藏象章節(jié),對比分析各版本教材藏象章節(jié)的理論結(jié)構(gòu),認為從理論結(jié)構(gòu)的角度分析,現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)藏象理論的結(jié)構(gòu)為"體-用-象"。其特點有三:1)生理功能的產(chǎn)生皆來源于實體或系統(tǒng),這些實體或系統(tǒng)是形而下的概念。2)臟腑功能為用是藏象學說研究的主要內(nèi)容。3)"象"是臟腑生理功能的結(jié)果,與臟腑生理功能聯(lián)系密切。這種結(jié)構(gòu)與古代的藏象理論存在明顯的差異,主要體現(xiàn)在中國古代主流觀點認為,"體"為"道"屬于"形而上",現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)理論將其重新定義成"體"為實體或系統(tǒng),屬于"形而下"。將"象"的概念從原來的"體之象"重新定義為"生理功能的結(jié)果"。這種轉(zhuǎn)變使古代中醫(yī)藏象理論中的"象"及"象思維"被邊緣化。自《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》以降,"象"及"象思維"一直是中醫(yī)理論的重要內(nèi)容,目前學界突出強調(diào)"結(jié)構(gòu)""機理""機制",邊緣化"象"及"象思維"的情況是一種新現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:By examining the Tibetan chapters in the textbook of basic Theory of traditional Chinese Medicine, this paper compares and analyzes the theoretical structure of the chapters in various editions of textbooks, and points out that the theoretical structure of the chapters is analyzed from the perspective of theoretical structure. The structure of the modern Chinese medicine theory of Tibetan image is "body-use-elephant". Its characteristics are three: 1) the physiological functions are all derived from the entity or the system. These entities or systems are the subformal concept. 2) the function of the viscera is the main content of the study of the theory of hidden image. 3) the "image" is the result of the physiological function of the viscera. It is closely related to the physiological function of the viscera. There are obvious differences between this structure and the ancient Tibetan image theory, which is mainly reflected in the mainstream view of ancient China that "body" is "Tao" and belongs to "metaphysics". Modern Chinese medicine theory redefines it as "body" as entity or system. The concept of "image" is redefined as "the result of physiological function" from the original "image of body". This change makes the "image" and "image thinking" in the ancient Chinese medicine hidden image theory. Marginalized. From the Huangdi Nei Jing to fall. "Xiang" and "Xiang thought" are important contents of traditional Chinese medicine theory all the time. At present, the situation of "structure", "mechanism" and "mechanism", marginalizing "image" and "image thinking" is a new phenomenon in academic circles.
