【摘要】：目的:觀察子午流注納子法針灸治療KOA(腎虛型)的臨床療效。方法:本試驗采用隨機對照研究方法,納入研究對象88例,試驗組和對照組各44例。兩組患者在性別、年齡、病程、患膝情況、影像分級情況方面均具有可比性(P0.05)。試驗組予以子午流注納子法針灸治療結(jié)合健康宣教,對照組給予常規(guī)針刺治療結(jié)合健康宣教。分別在治療前、治療結(jié)束、治療結(jié)束4周,比較分析兩組患者VAS值、FTSST得分、WOMAC評分、中醫(yī)證候積分、SF-36生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查評分情況,評估病情及治療效果。結(jié)果:最終共有80例進(jìn)入結(jié)果統(tǒng)計,試驗組對照組各40例,在治療結(jié)束、治療結(jié)束4周兩個時間點,試驗組WOMAC評分(P0.05)、中醫(yī)癥候積分(P0.01)均小于對照組,SF-36生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查兩組無明顯差異(P0.05);治療結(jié)束4周,試驗組VAS評分(P0.05)、五次坐立試驗(P0.05)均優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:子午流注納子法針灸治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎(腎虛型)臨床療效確切,對于改善膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎癥候體征效果優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺法,但其遠(yuǎn)期療效仍需進(jìn)一步的臨床研究來驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on KOA( Kidney deficiency) with Ziwu flow injection method. Methods: 88 cases of KOA-deficiency were included in this study by a randomized controlled study. There were 44 cases in the test group and 44 cases in the control group. The patients in the two groups were gender, age, course of disease and knee condition. The image grading was comparable (P 0.05). The experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with health education, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture combined with health education. At the end of the treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the scores of TCM syndromes and SF-36 quality of life (QOL) were compared and analyzed. Results: a total of 80 cases were included in the final results statistics, the experimental group of 40 cases each, at the end of the treatment, the end of 4 weeks of treatment at two time points. The WOMAC score and TCM symptom score of the test group were lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups. At the end of 4 weeks, the VAS score of the test group was 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis (kidney deficiency type) is definite. In order to improve the symptoms and signs of osteoarthritis of knee joint, the effect is better than that of routine acupuncture, but its long term effect still needs further clinical research to verify.
