【摘要】：目的明確針刺聯(lián)合貼臍法對(duì)鉑類(lèi)化療所致遲發(fā)性嘔吐的預(yù)防和治療作用。方法:將64例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的化療后遲發(fā)性嘔吐患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各32例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)西藥治療給予格拉司瓊和地塞米松,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上采用針刺聯(lián)合貼臍法,穴選內(nèi)關(guān)、公孫、足三里,中脘、神闕,貼臍藥粉由半夏和生姜按比例調(diào)配而成。在治療第2天、治療第5天對(duì)所有患者進(jìn)行MASCC止吐工具量表評(píng)分;治療前,治療第2天、治療第5天進(jìn)行卡氏評(píng)分指數(shù)評(píng)分,觀察患者的患者生存狀況和體力情況的變化以及總體療效。結(jié)果1.在治療第2天,觀察組在嘔吐次數(shù)及惡心程度改善方面均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。2.與治療第二天比較,治療第5天兩組嘔吐次數(shù)及惡心程度均減少明顯(P0.05),并且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);與治療第2天相比,治療組的卡氏評(píng)分顯著升高(P0.05),并且治療組在改善生存狀況和體力情況上優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。3.治療5天后觀察組和對(duì)照組總有效率分別為93.75%和75%(P0.05)。結(jié)論針刺聯(lián)合貼臍法治療化療后遲發(fā)性嘔吐能改善患者的惡心嘔吐癥狀,改善患者的生活活動(dòng)能力,提高患者的生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with umbilical patch on delayed vomiting induced by platinum chemotherapy. Sixty-four patients with delayed vomiting after chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). The control group was treated with granisetron and dexamethasone. On the basis of the control group, acupuncture combined with navel sticking method was used in the observation group. The points were selected from Neiguan, Gongsun, Zusanli, Zhongwan, Shenque, paste umbilical powder from Pinellia ternata and ginger on the second day of treatment. On the 5th day of treatment, all patients were evaluated with MASCC instrument scale. Before treatment, the second day of treatment and the fifth day of treatment, the Karnox score index score was performed to observe the changes of patients' living condition and physical strength, as well as the overall curative effect. Results 1. On the second day of treatment. 2. The number of vomiting and the improvement of nausea in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P0.050.2.), compared with the second day of treatment. On the 5th day, the number of vomiting and the degree of nausea in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Compared with the second day of treatment, the treatment group had a significantly higher Karnoff score (P0.05). After 5 days of treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.75% and 75 respectively. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with umbilical patch can improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in patients with delayed vomiting after chemotherapy. Improve patients' ability to live and improve their quality of life.
