【摘要】：目的:本課題利用計算機技術建立刺灸法數(shù)據(jù)庫,應用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術對經(jīng)過篩選、錄入的單純應用耳穴療法治療疾病的文獻數(shù)據(jù)進行提取、整理,總結耳穴療法治療疾病的適應病種、刺激方法的應用、治療效果及針刺角度問題,探討耳穴療法在臨床應用中的規(guī)律與特點,從而為臨床應用提供參考和幫助。方法:1以耳穴療法作為研究對象,閱讀大量文獻、書籍,確定文獻收集范圍,應用計算機檢索并下載CNKI中耳穴療法的相關文獻(年限為1959年1月至2015年12月),確定納入標準和排除標準,閱讀全文,篩選、納入符合單純應用耳穴療法治療疾病的文獻。2依據(jù)耳穴療法的自身規(guī)律并參考已建立的火針、毫針刺法等數(shù)據(jù)庫,創(chuàng)建耳穴療法數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺,逐一錄入文獻信息,以便數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘。文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫記錄了文獻標題、期刊名稱等基本信息和病名、科屬、器具(藥物)選擇、療效等詳細信息。將信息進行規(guī)范化處理,制定統(tǒng)一的錄入標準,選取部分符合納入標準的文獻進行預錄入,對數(shù)據(jù)庫中不完整及不科學的條目進行修正。3依據(jù)制定的統(tǒng)一的錄入標準,逐篇錄入符合單純應用耳穴療法治療疾病的期刊文獻、學位論文。為減少人工錄入出現(xiàn)的誤差,對錄入的信息執(zhí)行嚴格的三級審核制度,保證數(shù)據(jù)和信息的準確性。4設定耳穴療法的適用病種、刺激方法、治療效果及針刺角度等信息為研究內容,運用OLAP技術提取數(shù)據(jù)并加以整理、統(tǒng)計、分析,最終以圖表的形式展現(xiàn)給研究者。結果:1錄入文獻、論文共1724篇,提取治療組信息1777組,病種達211種,涉及內、外、婦、兒、皮膚及五官科各科。內科疾病應用頻次最多,為863次;五官科頻次為255次;外科頻次為199次;婦科頻次為195次;皮膚科頻次為174次;兒科頻次91次。病種個數(shù)依次為內科72個,五官科36個,外科28個,婦科26個,兒科26個,皮膚科23個;2耳穴療法的刺激方法中應用最多的為貼壓。在治療過程中會同時用到兩種或以上的方法,應用一種方法的有1709組,兩種的有67組,三種方法的1組;3耳穴療法在內、外、婦、兒、皮膚科中愈顯率較高。在五官科中,放血法、放血法-貼壓、注射法、激光照射法愈顯率較高,其他刺激方法愈顯率相對較低。注射法在所應用科屬中愈顯率均較高。除皮膚科,同科屬中的放血法-貼壓與放血法差距較小;4根據(jù)錄入情況將針刺角度設計為平刺、斜刺、直刺、沿皮透刺、未提及,應用毫針刺法的文獻為161篇,其中未提及(122),提及角度問題的有39篇,分別為直刺(27)、沿皮透刺(6)、斜刺(5)、平刺(1)。結論:耳穴療法臨床應用廣泛,應用于各科,其中內科頻次最多;刺激方法中,臨床應用貼壓最廣泛,其中王不留行應用最多;耳穴療法的效果顯著;耳穴療法中的針刺角度問題具有很廣泛的研究空間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a database of acupuncture and moxibustion in this paper by using computer technology, the application of data mining in data after screening, the simple application of auricular therapy disease treatment entry literature extraction, sorting, summary of auricular therapy on disease to disease, application of stimulation method, therapeutic effect and acupuncture point of view, to explore the regularity and characteristics of auricular therapy in in clinical application, so as to provide reference and help for clinical application. Methods: 1 with auricular therapy as the research object, reading a lot of literature and books, to determine the scope of the document collection, the application of computer retrieval and related documents downloaded from the CNKI of auricular point therapy (period from January 1959 to December 2015), to determine the inclusion and exclusion criteria, read the text screening, in accord with the literature.2, the simple application of auricular therapy for treatment of diseases on the basis of the law and the reference of auricular therapy has been established by fire The needle, acupuncture and auricular therapy to create database, database platform, each entry information, so that the data mining literature database records document title, journal name and other basic information and disease name, genera, instruments (drugs), effect of detailed information.
