【摘要】：目的:研究補腎、健脾法促進去卵巢小鼠骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折愈合的作用,探討中醫(yī)"先天之本""后天之本"理論在骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折防治中的運用。方法:建立骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折小鼠模型,隨機分為生理鹽水組、健脾組、補腎組,分別給予0.9%氯化鈉溶液、健脾方、補腎方灌胃治療,在術(shù)后治療7、14、28d分別處死小鼠、取材,進行相關(guān)指標檢測,包括血清雌二醇(E_2)和影像學(xué)檢測。結(jié)果:血清E2檢測發(fā)現(xiàn),與生理鹽水組比較,補腎組在術(shù)后28d可明顯提高去卵巢小鼠血清E2含量(P0.05);X-Ray線檢測和Micro-CT掃描三維重建結(jié)果顯示,補腎組和健脾組都能增加骨痂的形成,促進骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折的愈合;Micro-CT定量分析結(jié)果顯示,與生理鹽水組比較,補腎組7d時骨痂BMD of BV,14d時BV/TV、Conn.D.、BMD of BV、BMD of TV均明顯增加(P0.05),健脾組7、14d時骨痂BV/TV、BMD of TV亦明顯增加(P0.05)。表明補腎方和健脾方都能提高骨痂的骨量。結(jié)論:補"先天"通過雌激素樣作用,養(yǎng)"后天"可能通過提供血液濡養(yǎng)和促進藥物吸收,加速骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the effect of spleen in mouse ovary, promote the healing of osteoporotic fracture, to explore the Chinese medicine "the birth of the" constitution "theory in osteoporotic fracture prevention in use. Methods: to establish a mouse model of osteoporotic fracture, were randomly divided into saline group, Jianpi Bushen group group. Sodium Chloride Solution, were given 0.9%, Jianpi Bushen decoction, gavage treatment, after treatment of 7,14,28d mice were sacrificed, specimens, the related indexes were detected, including serum estradiol (E_2) test and imaging. Results: the serum E2 detection showed that compared with the normal saline group, Bushen group in postoperative 28d to improve the content of E2 in serum of mouse ovary (P0.05); X-Ray line detection and Micro-CT scan showed that the group of tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen group can increase the callus formation, promote the healing of osteoporotic fracture; the results of quantitative analysis of Micro-CT Show that compared with the normal saline group, Bushen group 7d bone BMD of BV, 14d BV/TV, Conn.D. BMD, of BV, BMD of and TV were significantly increased (P0.05), 7,14d group of invigorating spleen and bone callus BV/TV, BMD of TV also increased significantly (P0.05). That can Jianpi Bushen recipe and to improve the callus bone. Conclusion: the prescription of "innate" by estrogen like effects, have acquired through blood Ruyang and promote drug absorption, accelerate the healing of osteoporotic fracture.
