【摘要】：氣是天地萬物的本源,也是生命的基本條件。氣的運動形式有升降出入,是維持生命活動的關鍵。氣的運動失常主要有氣滯、氣逆、氣陷、氣閉、氣脫等,其中氣陷是指氣的上升不及或下陷太過。通過查閱古今文獻、歷代醫(yī)家經(jīng)驗,并結合臨床實踐,發(fā)現(xiàn)氣陷的形式多種多樣,臨床中不僅有脾胃氣陷,還有宗氣下陷、肝氣下陷、腎氣下陷。對不同氣陷形式的病機、臨床表現(xiàn)、臨床意義進行了概述。
[Abstract]:Qi is the origin of everything in heaven and earth, and it is also the basic condition of life. The movement form of Qi is the key to maintain life activity, and the movement of qi is mainly caused by stagnation of qi, inverse of qi, depression of qi, closure of air, and detachment of qi. Qi depression means that the rise of qi is less than or fall too far. By consulting the ancient and modern literature, past medical experience, and combined with clinical practice, it is found that there are a variety of forms of qi depression, not only spleen and stomach qi depression in clinical practice. The pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and clinical significance of different types of qi depression were summarized.
