【摘要】：目的:研究夏桂成"7數(shù)律"指導(dǎo)下的"調(diào)周新法"治療青春期PCOS的臨床療效,尋求方便患者的創(chuàng)新型中醫(yī)臨床服務(wù)模式。方法:選取腎虛型青春期PCOS患者60例,隨機(jī)分為2組,試驗(yàn)組29例予"7數(shù)律"指導(dǎo)下的"調(diào)周新法"治療,對(duì)照組31例予傳統(tǒng)的調(diào)周法治療,以3個(gè)月為一個(gè)療程,最多者治療3個(gè)療程。觀察每個(gè)療程前、后兩組患者的一般情況、月經(jīng)周期、基礎(chǔ)體溫、性激素水平、胰島素抵抗相關(guān)指標(biāo)、婦科B超等的變化情況,評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)周新法的療效。統(tǒng)計(jì)總療程中兩組患者來院就診次數(shù),評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)周新法的優(yōu)勢(shì)之處。觀察數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS21.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件處理,計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)用平均數(shù)±方差(X±S),進(jìn)行t檢驗(yàn),計(jì)數(shù)資料用卡方檢驗(yàn)等分析。結(jié)果:調(diào)周新法能夠縮短腎虛型青春期PCOS患者的月經(jīng)周期,有效恢復(fù)雙相體溫,降低血中睪酮、促黃體生成素、空腹胰島素,改善痤瘡、多毛癥狀,改善卵巢形態(tài),綜合療效顯著。與傳統(tǒng)調(diào)周法療效比較,雖無(wú)顯著差異,但能減少患者就診次數(shù),減少就醫(yī)成本。結(jié)論:調(diào)周新法能有效改善青春期PCOS患者的月經(jīng)周期,改善患者內(nèi)分泌紊亂的狀態(tài),綜合療效顯著,不差于傳統(tǒng)調(diào)周法,無(wú)明顯副作用,同時(shí)減少患者就醫(yī)成本,減輕醫(yī)療負(fù)擔(dān),提高患者依從性,是一種方便患者的創(chuàng)新型中醫(yī)臨床服務(wù)模式。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the clinical effect of Xia Guicheng's "7 laws" under the guidance of "Tiaozhou new" treatment of adolescent PCOS, innovative service model for convenient TCM clinical patients. Methods: 60 cases of patients with kidney deficiency in adolescent PCOS, were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group 29 cases were treated with "7 law" under the guidance of "the week" treatment, to control the traditional Tiaozhou therapy group of 31 cases, with 3 months as a course of treatment, up to 3 course of treatment. Observe before each treatment, in general, two groups of patients after the menstrual cycle, basal body temperature, hormone level and insulin resistance index change, gynecological B the curative effect evaluation of Tiaozhou law. The total course in statistics of two groups of patients to the hospital, the number of evaluation Tiaozhou advantages. The observation data processing software with SPSS21.0 statistical analysis, average variance measurement data (X + S), t test, count data using chi Square Test analysis. Results: the week can shorten the patients with kidney deficiency in adolescent PCOS menstrual cycle, effectively restore the dual phase temperature, lower blood testosterone, luteinizing hormone, fasting insulin, improve acne, hirsutism symptoms, improve the ovarian morphology, comprehensive curative effect. Compared with the traditional effects of Tiaozhou, although there is no significant difference. But can reduce patient visits, reduce the medical cost. Conclusion: Tiaozhou method can effectively improve the menstrual cycle in adolescent PCOS patients, improve endocrine disorders, comprehensive curative effect, no difference from the traditional Tiaozhou method, no significant side effects, while reducing the cost of medical treatment of patients, reduce the medical burden, improve patient compliance that is the innovative Chinese medicine clinical service mode convenient for patients.
