【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網的迅速發(fā)展,網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育作為媒介素養(yǎng)教育的重要內容也越來越受到人們的重視。在2016年1月份,根據(jù)中國互聯(lián)網絡信息中心(CNNIC)第37次《中國互聯(lián)網絡發(fā)展狀況統(tǒng)計報告》表明,我國網絡用戶規(guī)模截止到2015年12月底達到6.88億,與2014年相比增加了3951萬人。互聯(lián)網普及率為50.3%,數(shù)據(jù)顯示2015年青少年網民的數(shù)量比2014年增長了60%,呈現(xiàn)快速上漲態(tài)勢,其中學生依然是中國網民中第一大群體。網絡媒介已然成為學生生活中必不可少的一部分,作為媒介素養(yǎng)教育重要組成內容的網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育隨著互聯(lián)網的發(fā)展也越來越受到重視,而學校應作為網絡素養(yǎng)教育的主力。網絡媒介素養(yǎng)是互聯(lián)網時代中小學生必備的基本素質之一,網絡媒介素養(yǎng)的高低決定著中小學生在網絡環(huán)境中的生存能力。網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育是目前中國教育急需重視的問題,學校教育與學生的網絡素養(yǎng)教育相結合的研究和實踐與我國互聯(lián)網發(fā)展速度相比還有很大的距離。本研究梳理了國內外網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育目前的研究現(xiàn)狀和相關的概念,采用文獻分析法、問卷調查法和訪談法等研究方法對初中網絡媒介素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和需求進行調查研究,提出了在初中信息技術教學中融入網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育的意義。對《中小學信息技術課程標準》進行分析解讀,參考《中學信息技術課程指導綱要》的有關規(guī)定對泰山版教材初中信息技術七年級上冊內容進行整理,提出了將網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育融入到信息技術課程中的可行性。對初中的教師進行訪談,了解當前網絡媒介素養(yǎng)在教學中實施的現(xiàn)狀和問題。對網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育的教育內容與性質、教學目標進行分析,然后與初中信息技術課程中網絡知識相關的內容進行比較,找到兩者在內容和實施方法上的相似性,綜合調查結果,提出加強初中生網絡媒介素養(yǎng)教育的策略與建議,最后基于教材內容進行網絡媒介素養(yǎng)的教學實施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, network media literacy education, as an important part of media literacy education, has been paid more and more attention. In January 2016, according to the 37th Statistical report on the Development of China's Internet, issued by the China Internet Information Center (CNNIC), the number of network users in China reached 688 million by the end of December 2015, an increase of 39.51 million compared with 2014. The Internet penetration rate is 50.3 percent. Data show that the number of young Internet users increased by 60 percent in 2015 compared with 2014, showing a rapid upward trend, in which students are still the largest group of Chinese netizens. Network media has become an indispensable part of students' life. As an important part of media literacy education, network media literacy education has been paid more and more attention with the development of the Internet, and schools should be the main force of network literacy education. Network media literacy is one of the necessary basic qualities of primary and middle school students in the Internet age. The level of network media literacy determines the survival ability of primary and middle school students in the network environment. Network media literacy education is an urgent problem in Chinese education at present. The research and practice of the combination of school education and students' network literacy education is still far from the speed of Internet development in China. This study combs the current research status and related concepts of network media literacy education at home and abroad, adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview to investigate and study the present situation and needs of network media literacy in junior middle school, and puts forward the significance of integrating network media literacy education into junior middle school information technology teaching. This paper analyzes and interprets the Curriculum Standard of Information Technology in Primary and Middle Schools, arranges the contents of the seventh grade of information technology in junior middle school with reference to the relevant provisions of the guiding outline of Information Technology Curriculum in Middle School, and puts forward the feasibility of integrating network media literacy education into the course of information technology. Interview junior middle school teachers to understand the current situation and problems of network media literacy in teaching. This paper analyzes the educational content and nature and teaching objectives of the network media literacy education, and then compares it with the content related to the network knowledge in the information technology curriculum of junior middle school, finds out the similarity between the two in the content and the implementation method, synthesizes the investigation results, puts forward the strategies and suggestions to strengthen the network media literacy education of the junior high school students, and finally carries on the teaching implementation of the network media literacy based on the teaching material content.
