羅馬尼亞首都17中漢語教學案例研究

【摘要】:本研究以羅馬尼亞首都17中海外漢語獨立教學點為研究對象,探究其運行模式以及在該運行模式的影響下漢語教學點的現(xiàn)狀和成因,在此基礎上對該教學點的未來發(fā)展提出相應建議。本案例研究為國際漢語教育提供了真實案例,為海外漢語獨立教學點的發(fā)展與規(guī)劃及相關研究工作的開展提供借鑒和參考。本研究采用質化案例研究方法。該教學點為主分析單位,漢語教師志愿者、參加漢語學習的學生、學校、外部環(huán)境為4個次級分析單位。研究者采用訪談、觀察、文件和實物收集等多元化的資料采集方法,同時采用建構類別、情境分析、建立備忘錄的資料管理和分析方法,最終將研究成果以案例研究報告形式呈現(xiàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該教學點在為期3年的發(fā)展歷程中形成獨具自身特色的運行模式,該運行模式由教學核心區(qū)域、內部區(qū)域、外部區(qū)域構成。區(qū)域內各個參與要素各司其職并相互聯(lián)系,共同影響教學點的實際運行。在該運行模式下,教學點在教學和管理兩方面呈現(xiàn)出若干現(xiàn)狀,其成因與各參與要素密切相關。本研究一方面有助于了解海外漢語獨立教學點(尤其是中小學漢語獨立教學點)實際運作情況;另一方面有助于人們認識羅馬尼亞漢語教學現(xiàn)狀,彌補現(xiàn)階段羅馬尼亞漢語教學研究資料的不足。
[Abstract]:This study takes the overseas Chinese independent teaching point in the Romanian capital 17 as the research object, and explores its operation mode and the present situation and causes of the Chinese teaching point under the influence of the operation mode. On this basis, the corresponding suggestions for the future development of the teaching point are put forward. This case study provides a real case for international Chinese education, and provides a reference for the development and planning of overseas Chinese independent teaching points and the development of related research work. In this study, qualitative case study method was used. The teaching point is the main analysis unit, the volunteers of Chinese teachers, the students who participate in Chinese learning, the school and the external environment are four secondary analysis units. The researchers used a variety of data collection methods, such as interview, observation, document and physical collection, and adopted the data management and analysis methods of constructing categories, situational analysis and memorandums. Finally, the research results will be presented in the form of case study reports. It is found that the teaching point forms a unique operation mode with its own characteristics in the course of three years of development, which is composed of the teaching core area, the internal area and the external area. Each participating element in the region performs its own duties and is related to each other, which jointly affects the actual operation of the teaching point. Under this operation mode, the teaching points show some present situation in both teaching and management, and their causes are closely related to the participating elements. On the one hand, this study is helpful to understand the actual operation of overseas Chinese independent teaching points (especially Chinese independent teaching points in primary and secondary schools); On the other hand, it is helpful for people to understand the present situation of Romanian Chinese teaching and make up for the shortage of Romanian Chinese teaching research materials at the present stage.
