“加速度計(jì)”評(píng)定初中體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷是指學(xué)生在體育課上的身體所承受的一系列的生理負(fù)擔(dān),其負(fù)荷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是衡量體育課教學(xué)目標(biāo)達(dá)成的重要指標(biāo)。我國(guó)體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷的測(cè)量方法多為心率測(cè)量,“加速度計(jì)”作為一種客觀測(cè)量身體活動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和量的新型可穿戴設(shè)備在體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷的測(cè)評(píng)中應(yīng)用較少。因此,運(yùn)用“加速度計(jì)”測(cè)量體育課的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷變得更加有意義。本研究旨在通過(guò)評(píng)定初中生體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷,分析臨汾市初中體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷的現(xiàn)狀,為“完善體育課程,提高教學(xué)水平”提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。本研究的對(duì)象是初中生體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷,主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、測(cè)驗(yàn)法、教育觀察法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法分析初中體育課的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷的現(xiàn)狀。實(shí)驗(yàn)選取了11-15歲的初中生274名,其中初中一年級(jí)100人,初中二年級(jí)82人,初中三年級(jí)92人,共測(cè)量球類課、田徑課和體操課的27堂課的814人次。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)初中體育課平均運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷為3.8MET,屬于中等強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng);(2)初中體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷男性要高于女性;(3)初中體育課初中一年級(jí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷最低,約為3.6MET,初中二年級(jí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷最高,約4MET。體育課準(zhǔn)備部分和基本部分的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷初中二年級(jí)最高,初中一年級(jí)最低;(4)初中體育課的體操類體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷為3.4MET,球類體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷約為3.8MET,田徑類體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷約為4.0ME T。體育課準(zhǔn)備部分的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷是體操類課程最高,基本部分的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷是田徑類課程最高,結(jié)束部分的體操類課程運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷最低。
[Abstract]:Sports load in physical education is a series of physiological burdens that students bear in physical education. The standard of load is an important index to measure the goal of physical education. The measuring method of sports load in physical education in our country is mostly heart rate measurement. As a new wearable device which can objectively measure the intensity and quantity of physical activity, the accelerometer is seldom used in the exercise load measurement of physical education. Therefore, it is more meaningful to use accelerometer to measure sports load in PE class. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present situation of physical education load of junior middle school students in Linfen City by evaluating the sports load of junior high school students, and to provide scientific basis for "perfecting physical education course and improving teaching level". The object of this study is physical education class sports load of junior high school students. It mainly uses the methods of literature, test, educational observation and mathematical statistics to analyze the current situation of sports load in junior middle school physical education. 274 junior high school students aged 11 to 15 years were selected, including 100 junior middle school students in the first grade, 82 in the second grade and 92 in the third grade. A total of 814 people were measured in the 27 classes of ball game, track and field and gymnastics. The results show that: (1) the average exercise load of physical education in junior high school is 3.8MET, which belongs to moderate intensity, (2) the sports load of junior middle school is higher than that of female. (3) the first grade of junior middle school physical education class had the lowest sports load, about 3.6 MET, and the second grade of junior middle school had the highest exercise load, about 4MET. The physical education preparation part and the basic part of the exercise load of the second grade of junior high school is the highest, the first grade of junior middle school is the lowest; (4) the sports load of gymnastics PE class is 3.4 MET, ball sports class sports load is about 3.8 MET, track and field physical education class sports load is about 4.0ME T. The sports load in the preparation part of physical education is the highest in the gymnastics course, the sports load in the basic part is the highest in the track and field course, and the sports load in the final part of the gymnastics course is the lowest.
