高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】：近年來,“核心素養(yǎng)”一詞引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者們的廣泛關(guān)注。2014年3月,教育部印發(fā)了《關(guān)于全面深化課程改革,落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù)的意見》(教基二[2014]4號(hào)),“核心素養(yǎng)”一詞首次出現(xiàn)在我國(guó)的教育政策文件中。同時(shí),文件中提到,要把學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)細(xì)化到不同的學(xué)段、年級(jí)和學(xué)科。這說明,我們要圍繞立德樹人這一任務(wù),分別從各個(gè)學(xué)科的角度出發(fā),來共同構(gòu)建學(xué)生的核心素養(yǎng)。在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,受到思想政治學(xué)科及課程的特殊性、傳統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)制度的制約、部分思想政治學(xué)科教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展程度有待提高、課程形成周期與信息時(shí)代發(fā)展速度不相適應(yīng)等因素的影響,高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)在培養(yǎng)的過程中,出現(xiàn)了學(xué)科及課程的受重視程度不夠高、部分學(xué)生有厭學(xué)情緒或知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)表層化、學(xué)科的評(píng)價(jià)體系不夠健全、部分高中思想政治學(xué)科教師的育人觀念較為陳舊或?qū)I(yè)水平相對(duì)較低等問題。針對(duì)這些問題以及造成這些問題的原因,可以從高中思想政治學(xué)科教學(xué)體系的完善、培養(yǎng)渠道的拓寬、高中思想政治教師綜合素質(zhì)的提升等方面入手,提高高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的成效。高中思想政治學(xué)科是提升高中生政治素養(yǎng)和思想道德水平的主陣地,學(xué)生思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的養(yǎng)成,有利于貫徹黨和國(guó)家的方針政策,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)高中思想政治學(xué)科的價(jià)值,有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生的自由全面發(fā)展。本文立足于國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的優(yōu)秀研究成果,通過文獻(xiàn)研究法和觀察法,對(duì)高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行研究,以求對(duì)高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)有所啟示。本文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分:緒論。這部分闡述了高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)提出的背景與本文研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。同時(shí),從國(guó)外研究現(xiàn)狀和國(guó)內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀兩個(gè)角度,對(duì)高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的研究現(xiàn)狀作出了整理歸納與分析。此外,說明了本文的研究方法,即文獻(xiàn)研究法和觀察法。第二部分:高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)概述。這部分對(duì)高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。同時(shí),分析了高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的四個(gè)構(gòu)成要素和五個(gè)特征。并且,從黨和國(guó)家、高中思想政治學(xué)科本身、學(xué)生等三個(gè)方面,闡述了高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的意義。第三部分:高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)中存在的問題及其原因分析。這部分闡述了高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中存在的問題。同時(shí),也分析了造成這些問題的原因。第四部分:高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的策略。這部分針對(duì)思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)在培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題以及造成這些問題的原因,從高中思想政治學(xué)科的教學(xué)體系、高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)渠道以及高中思想政治教師的綜合素質(zhì)三個(gè)角度,對(duì)高中思想政治學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)策略進(jìn)行了探究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the term "core accomplishment" has attracted wide attention from scholars both at home and abroad. In March 2014, the Ministry of Education issued "opinions on comprehensively deepening the Curriculum Reform and implementing the fundamental Task of establishing a person by virtue" (Educational Foundation II [2014] 4). The term "core accomplishment" appears for the first time in the educational policy document of our country. At the same time, the document refers to the development of core literacy students into different stages, grades and disciplines. This shows that we should build the core quality of students from the perspective of various disciplines around the task of creating people. In teaching practice, due to the particularity of ideological and political subjects and courses, and the restriction of traditional evaluation system, the professional development of some teachers of ideological and political subjects needs to be improved. The curriculum formation cycle and the development speed of the information age do not adapt to the influence of factors such as the high school ideological and political discipline core literacy in the process of cultivation, there is a discipline and curriculum attention is not high enough. Some students have some problems such as weariness of learning or superficial learning of knowledge, inadequate evaluation system of subjects, obsolete educational concepts or relatively low professional level of some high school ideological and political teachers. In view of these problems and the causes of these problems, we can start with the improvement of the teaching system of ideological and political subjects in senior high school, the widening of cultivation channels, the improvement of the comprehensive quality of high school ideological and political teachers, etc. Improve the high school ideological and political discipline core literacy training results. The subject of ideological and political education in senior high school is the main position to improve the political literacy and ideological and moral level of high school students. The cultivation of the core accomplishment of students' ideological and political discipline is conducive to the implementation of the principles and policies of the Party and the country. It is helpful to realize the value of the high school ideological and political subject and to promote the free and all-round development of the students. Based on the outstanding research results at home and abroad, this paper studies the cultivation of ideological and political core literacy in senior high school through literature research and observation, in order to enlighten the cultivation of ideological and political core literacy in senior high school. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction. This part expounds the background of the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline and the theoretical and practical significance of this study. At the same time, from the two angles of foreign and domestic research status, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline in senior high school. In addition, the research method of this paper, namely literature research method and observation method, is explained. The second part: high school ideological and political discipline core literacy overview. This part defines the concept of core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline. At the same time, it analyzes the four elements and five characteristics of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline in senior high school. And, from the party and the country, the high school ideological and political discipline itself, students and other three aspects, elaborated the ideological and political discipline of high school core literacy training significance. The third part: high school ideological and political discipline core literacy training problems and their causes. This part expounds the problems existing in the cultivation of the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline in real life. At the same time, the causes of these problems are also analyzed. The fourth part: the strategy of cultivating the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline. This part aims at the problems existing in the cultivation of the core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline and the causes of these problems, from the teaching system of the ideological and political subject in the senior high school. This paper probes into the training strategy of the core accomplishment of the ideological and political subject in senior high school from three angles: the cultivation channel of the core accomplishment of the high school ideological and political subject and the comprehensive quality of the high school ideological and political teacher.
