【摘要】：正班級作為學(xué)校教育活動的基本組成單位,是開展教育活動的基本載體。我們借鑒企業(yè)管理的理念,以團(tuán)隊為基礎(chǔ)展開學(xué)習(xí)活動,團(tuán)隊合力能展現(xiàn)出強大的威力,熔煉浸潤在其中的每一個孩子。班級團(tuán)隊文化建設(shè)對學(xué)生個體的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。一、優(yōu)化整合,科學(xué)組建團(tuán)隊在學(xué)校安排班級后,班主任通過摸清班級全體學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、性格、特長等情況,根據(jù)學(xué)生的性別比例、學(xué)業(yè)成績、課堂學(xué)習(xí)活躍程度、性格特征及特長愛好等,遵循組內(nèi)異質(zhì),組
