秦安縣普通高中音樂教育現狀調查與對策研究

【摘要】:秦安縣位于甘肅省的東南部,是甘肅省的一個國家級貧困縣。所謂經濟基礎決定上層建筑,受到經濟發(fā)展的制約,該地區(qū)教育、文化事業(yè)發(fā)展相對落后,全縣音樂文化教育覆蓋率較低、教育深度不足。全縣普通高中自2003年以來嚴格按照《普通高中音樂課程標準(實驗)》實施高中音樂教學,多數普通高中的音樂師資和基礎設施建設方面都有所增加。但從整體上看,仍然有待進一步提升。在“唯成績論”的背景下,學校、家長、學生都過分追求高考分數而忽略了美育思想和審美能力的提高。本文通過對秦安縣普通高中學校領導、音樂教師、學生,教育行政部門的調查和采訪,全面深入了解全縣普通高中音樂教育現狀,發(fā)現了存在與秦安縣普通高中音樂教育中的問題和矛盾,并對產生的原因做了系統(tǒng)的分析,得出以下結論:一,教育管理部門、學校、家長以及學生對音樂教育的認識不足,缺乏對音樂教學的有力監(jiān)督與管理。原因是秦安縣屬于國家級貧困縣,人們思想比較落后,只追求高考成績。二,學校音樂基礎設施嚴重短缺,無法滿足日常教學。三,音樂教師專業(yè)素質偏低,教學理念與教學方法落后。四,學生音樂基礎知識欠缺。五,音樂教材陳舊落后。本文根據以上問題,提出相應的解決對策主要有以下幾點:首先,秦安縣的各級教育主管部門、家長、學生應積極改變傳統(tǒng)觀念,明確音樂教育的重要性。其次,教育主管部門應提高對音樂課程的重視程度,在資金上予以支持,加大音樂教學基礎設施的建設,借助國家對貧困縣教育事業(yè)的扶持,努力發(fā)展秦安縣普通高中的音樂教育事業(yè)。最后,音樂教師應該積極提升自身的音樂專業(yè)素養(yǎng)與綜合素質,不斷進行創(chuàng)造教學,提升課堂教學效率,大力開展課外音樂活動,結合地域特點進行音樂課程資源開發(fā)以及校本課程的開發(fā)。學校應正確對待學生的差異,同時學校還需完善教師教學評價體系,從而提升音樂教師的教學積極性,從而改善提高秦安縣普通高中音樂教育中存在的諸多不足與欠缺。促進其他國家級貧困縣普通高中音樂教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Qin'an County, located in the southeast of Gansu Province, is a state-level poor county in Gansu Province. The so-called economic base determines the superstructure, which is restricted by the economic development. The development of education and culture in this area is relatively backward, the coverage rate of music culture education in the whole county is low, and the depth of education is insufficient. Since 2003, music teaching has been implemented strictly in accordance with the Music Curriculum Standard (experiment) of senior high schools in the county, and the number of music teachers and infrastructure in most senior high schools has increased. However, from the overall point of view, there is still a need for further improvement. Under the background of "Achievement only Theory", schools, parents and students all excessively pursue the scores of college entrance examination and neglect the improvement of aesthetic education thought and aesthetic ability. Through the investigation and interview of the leaders, music teachers, students and educational administrative departments of Qinan County's ordinary senior high schools, this paper comprehensively and deeply understands the current situation of music education in ordinary senior high schools in the whole county. Found the problems and contradictions with the ordinary high school music education in Qinan County, and made a systematic analysis of the causes, and reached the following conclusions: first, the education management departments, schools, parents and students of music education lack of understanding, Lack of effective supervision and management of music teaching. The reason is that Qinan County is a state-level poor county, people think backward, only pursue the results of college entrance examination. Second, the school music infrastructure shortage, unable to meet the daily teaching. Third, the professional quality of music teachers is on the low side, teaching ideas and teaching methods are backward. Fourth, students lack basic knowledge of music. Fifth, music teaching materials are outdated and backward. According to the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures as follows: firstly, the competent departments of education at all levels, parents and students in Qinan County should actively change the traditional concept and make clear the importance of music education. Secondly, the department in charge of education should pay more attention to the music curriculum, support the music teaching infrastructure, increase the construction of the music teaching infrastructure, and support the education in the poor counties with the help of the state. To develop Qinan County ordinary high school music education. Finally, music teachers should actively promote their music professional literacy and comprehensive quality, constantly create teaching, improve classroom teaching efficiency, and vigorously carry out extracurricular music activities. Combined with the regional characteristics of the development of music curriculum resources and school-based curriculum development. The school should treat the difference of students correctly, at the same time, the school also needs to perfect the teacher teaching evaluation system, thus promotes the music teacher's teaching enthusiasm, thus improves the Qin'an County ordinary high school music education existence many insufficiency and the insufficiency. To promote the development of music education in senior high schools in other poor counties.
