高中生政治課學(xué)習(xí)中的性別差異與教學(xué)策略研究

【摘要】:教育是人類特有的傳承文化的能動性活動,對于人的教化與培育,發(fā)揮著重要的作用。在這個過程中,我們既要關(guān)注到教育者,更要關(guān)注到我們的教育對象,了解教育對象的特點,掌握教育對象被當作個體來研究時的身心發(fā)展特點,同時也要將教育對象作為群體對象來研究性別差異。而研究性別差異的最終目的就是通過實際的調(diào)查研究,“因性施教”,即在教學(xué)活動中基于性別差異采取相應(yīng)的教學(xué)策略。具體分析男女生的性別優(yōu)勢,幫助他們保持和發(fā)展各自的優(yōu)勢,彌補自己的不足,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,樹立學(xué)習(xí)的信心,實現(xiàn)個人的成長。文章分為六個部分:第一章緒論部分介紹了問題提出的背景、相關(guān)概念界定、已有研究綜述、研究設(shè)計和意義。第二章重點介紹了性別差異的理論基礎(chǔ)。這也是本文的研究起點。第三章主要是調(diào)查分析教學(xué)中的性別差異狀況。這是本文的實踐基礎(chǔ)。第四章對于性別差異的原因進行理論和現(xiàn)實的分析。理論原因比較抽象,是本文的難點。第五章是教學(xué)策略的設(shè)想和實施,是本文的重點。最后第六章結(jié)束語部分提出進一步的研究方向。本文研究成果如下:在現(xiàn)有課程的基礎(chǔ)上對于教材進行二次開發(fā),找到適合學(xué)生性別差異的課程規(guī)劃;在政治課教材中提取正面典范,使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中樹立正確的性別角色意識;教師樹立正確的性別觀念,尊重學(xué)生的性別差異,進行雙性化教育;在已有師資基礎(chǔ)上,加強政治教師思想素質(zhì)與個人人格魅力的提升,做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的教師,改變學(xué)生對政治教師已有的的刻板印象;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對于政治課學(xué)習(xí)的自信心,重視與學(xué)生的情感交流;教學(xué)活動中實現(xiàn)情感、態(tài)度、價值觀目標,學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)達地區(qū)先進的教學(xué)手段,將教學(xué)內(nèi)容生動呈現(xiàn)給學(xué)生。男女生的性別差異客觀存在且不容忽視,針對差異進行的教學(xué)又取得了一定的成果和預(yù)期的目標,政治教師就應(yīng)該繼續(xù)揚長補短,因材施教,引導(dǎo)男女生在學(xué)習(xí)中優(yōu)勢互補,共同培養(yǎng)男女生的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),使他們得到良好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Education is a special activity of inheriting culture, which plays an important role in the cultivation and cultivation of human beings. In this process, we should not only pay attention to educators, but also pay attention to our educational objects, understand the characteristics of educational objects, and grasp the characteristics of physical and mental development of educational objects when they are studied as individuals. At the same time, educational objects should be regarded as group objects to study gender differences. The ultimate purpose of studying gender differences is to adopt the corresponding teaching strategies based on gender differences in teaching activities through actual investigation and research. This paper analyzes the gender advantages of male and female students, helps them to maintain and develop their respective advantages, makes up for their own shortcomings, arouses their interest in learning, sets up their confidence in learning, and realizes their personal growth. The article is divided into six parts: the first chapter introduces the background of the question, the definition of relevant concepts, the existing research review, research design and significance. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of gender differences. This is also the starting point of this paper. The third chapter is to investigate and analyze the gender differences in teaching. This is the practical basis of this paper. Chapter four analyzes the causes of gender difference theoretically and practically. The theoretical reasons are abstract, which is the difficulty of this paper. The fifth chapter is the teaching strategy assumption and implementation, is the focal point of this article. Finally, the conclusion of the sixth chapter puts forward the direction of further research. The research results of this paper are as follows: on the basis of the existing curriculum, the second development of the textbook is carried out to find out the curriculum planning suitable for the students' gender difference, and the positive model is extracted from the political teaching material. In the process of learning, students should have a correct awareness of gender role, teachers should set up a correct gender concept, respect students' gender differences, carry out bisexual education, and on the basis of existing teachers, To enhance the political teachers' ideological quality and personal personality charm, to be a popular teacher, to change the students' stereotype of the political teachers, to cultivate the students' confidence in the study of political lessons, We should pay attention to emotional communication with students, realize emotion, attitude and values goal in teaching activities, study advanced teaching methods in developed areas, and present teaching contents vividly to students. The gender differences of male and female students exist objectively and can not be ignored. The teaching of the differences has achieved certain results and expected goals. Therefore, political teachers should continue to complement each other, teach students according to their aptitude, and guide male and female students to complement each other in their learning. Together to cultivate the excellent quality of boys and girls, so that they get good development.
