化學(xué)師范生學(xué)情探查能力的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著新課改的不斷深入,生本教育的思想漸漸扎根于各科教學(xué)中。在這種教育思想的引領(lǐng)下學(xué)情探查必然受到了教師的格外關(guān)注!皩W(xué)情探查”能力相應(yīng)也成為師范生應(yīng)具備的從事教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)研究的一種能力。理論研究和實(shí)際觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)情分析、學(xué)情探查能力是教師與學(xué)生有效溝通、交流的一種新型教學(xué)能力。本論文從教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)創(chuàng)新、有效教學(xué)、意義建構(gòu)等角度明確了學(xué)情分析、學(xué)情探查的意義。指出只有進(jìn)行扎實(shí)的學(xué)情分析才能掌握學(xué)生認(rèn)知發(fā)展過程、打破化學(xué)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的神秘感、減少師范生當(dāng)中不接地氣的“表演性”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)作品的出現(xiàn);趯(duì)化學(xué)師范生“學(xué)情探查”能力研究的重要性和可行性,本論文選取了一定數(shù)目的應(yīng)屆化學(xué)師范類畢業(yè)生為研究對(duì)象,采用“調(diào)查問卷”與“訪談法”等,進(jìn)行了多方面、多角度的觀察、調(diào)查等研究。首先論文以概述的形式對(duì)學(xué)情分析、學(xué)情探查的內(nèi)涵、關(guān)系以及研究意義、研究方法等進(jìn)行了闡述,接著又將學(xué)情分析能力比較細(xì)致地劃分為“學(xué)情分析意識(shí)的自覺性、學(xué)情信息采集渠道多元化、學(xué)情探查行為方法的科學(xué)性和探查結(jié)果利用的主動(dòng)性創(chuàng)新性”方面四個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)。根據(jù)學(xué)情分析能力的構(gòu)成要素和行為表現(xiàn)兩個(gè)方面設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷。再選擇一定數(shù)量的師范生進(jìn)行學(xué)情分析能力現(xiàn)狀的問卷調(diào)查。收集、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析相關(guān)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合師范生的訪談,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前師范生學(xué)情分析能力的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出了應(yīng)該糾正教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)過程中學(xué)情分析走過場(chǎng)、學(xué)情信息不準(zhǔn)確的做法。同時(shí)結(jié)合化學(xué)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際課題對(duì)探索如何進(jìn)行學(xué)情探查、如何借助學(xué)情探查結(jié)果、尋找教學(xué)前、后學(xué)生發(fā)展的差異和空隙,以及如何根據(jù)化學(xué)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新性的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)等問題進(jìn)行了研究。開展此課題研究的根本目的是轉(zhuǎn)變師范生在學(xué)情分析過程中出現(xiàn)的紕漏和差錯(cuò),提高教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的精準(zhǔn)性。本論文選擇魯教版初中——“溶液的形成”這個(gè)典型的課題進(jìn)行了較深入的探查,解決了教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中避重就輕、避難就易和避過程就結(jié)果的問題,在探查的基礎(chǔ)上建立了溶液認(rèn)識(shí)發(fā)展模型。在“乙酸”的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中針對(duì)于課前進(jìn)行了學(xué)情分析。在課前的學(xué)情分析中,主要運(yùn)用訪談法的方式獲取學(xué)情。通過對(duì)訪談結(jié)果的進(jìn)一步分析確定了教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。從生活實(shí)際入手,并將有關(guān)“酸”的發(fā)展歷史制作成視頻,讓學(xué)生不僅學(xué)會(huì)了課本知識(shí)也注重人文方面的熏陶,這也是學(xué)生的興趣所在。在課中的學(xué)情分析也是必要的,主要表現(xiàn)為及時(shí)根據(jù)學(xué)生的反饋調(diào)整教學(xué)進(jìn)度、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)以及講授的方法等,真實(shí)的課堂與預(yù)設(shè)的課堂還有一定的差距,這就要求教育者具有較強(qiáng)的教育機(jī)智,能掌握整節(jié)課的節(jié)奏,達(dá)到較好的教學(xué)效果。課后的學(xué)情分析主要體現(xiàn)在要關(guān)注學(xué)生的反饋,為今后教學(xué)提供指導(dǎo)。最后部分是總結(jié)與展望,該部分是對(duì)前幾章的總結(jié),并提出了論文中的不足之處以及該課題可以繼續(xù)研究的方向。又根據(jù)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出相應(yīng)的建議及對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the idea of the education is gradually rooted in the teaching of various subjects. Under the guidance of this educational thought, the exploration of the learning situation is bound to be paid more attention by the teachers. It is a new teaching ability to communicate and communicate effectively between teachers and students. This paper has clearly defined the significance of the analysis of the learning situation and the exploration of the situation from the perspectives of teaching design, teaching innovation, effective teaching and meaning construction. To break the mystical sense of chemistry teaching design, reduce the appearance of "performing" teaching design which is ungrounded in normal students. Based on the importance and feasibility of the study on the ability to explore the ability of the students in chemical normal school, this paper selects a certain number of graduates as the research object, and adopts the questionnaire.
