【摘要】：正學(xué)校是人才成長(zhǎng)的基石和搖籃,而德育工作是學(xué)校工作的靈魂。我國(guó)義務(wù)教育階段的中小學(xué)生的品德行為處在"質(zhì)"的變化過(guò)程中,可塑性強(qiáng),只要正確地引導(dǎo),就能促進(jìn)學(xué)生的"質(zhì)"向健康的方向發(fā)展,反之,如果在德育的某一環(huán)節(jié)上出現(xiàn)偏差,則將使學(xué)生的"質(zhì)"向不良的方向發(fā)展。中小學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)不僅是現(xiàn)代精神文明的體現(xiàn),也決定著我國(guó)未來(lái)的社會(huì)面貌和民族精神。當(dāng)今世界的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是科學(xué)技術(shù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和民族素質(zhì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),所以,德育具有重要的奠基意義。本文基于德育教育工作的意義,淺談如何做好學(xué)校德育工作。
[Abstract]:School is the cornerstone and cradle of talent growth, and moral education is the soul of school work. The moral character behavior of the primary and middle school students in the compulsory education stage in our country is in the process of "quality" change, the plasticity is strong, so long as the correct guidance, can promote the student's "quality" to the healthy direction development, conversely, If there is a deviation in a link of moral education, the quality of students will develop in a bad direction. The ideological and moral quality of primary and middle school students is not only the embodiment of modern spiritual civilization, but also determines the future social outlook and national spirit of our country. Nowadays, the competition in the world is the competition of science and technology and the competition of national quality. Therefore, moral education has important foundation significance. Based on the significance of moral education, this paper discusses how to do well in school moral education.
