【摘要】：社會發(fā)展對人才提出了新的要求,更加注重人整體素質(zhì)的發(fā)展,社會不僅僅需要專業(yè)化、專門型的人才,而且需要復(fù)合型、創(chuàng)造性人才。教育承擔(dān)著為社會培養(yǎng)人才的大任,為了更好地促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展,普通中學(xué)教育教學(xué)以及評價(jià)應(yīng)該及時(shí)改革,以適應(yīng)社會對人才提出的新要求。本研究以天水市普通中學(xué)為研究對象,綜合運(yùn)用了多種方法,主要從學(xué)生評價(jià)主體、學(xué)生評價(jià)內(nèi)容、學(xué)生評價(jià)方法、學(xué)生評價(jià)功能、學(xué)生評價(jià)的結(jié)果反饋五個(gè)維度對天水市普通中學(xué)學(xué)生評價(jià)現(xiàn)狀做了調(diào)研。通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),天水市普通中學(xué)學(xué)生評價(jià)中存在的主要問題有:評價(jià)內(nèi)容簡單單一;學(xué)生在評價(jià)中主體性缺失;評價(jià)的適切性較低;評價(jià)模式傳統(tǒng),評價(jià)方法簡單;評價(jià)功能異化,忽視發(fā)展功能;評價(jià)結(jié)果反饋不當(dāng)?shù)葐栴}。針對天水市普通中學(xué)學(xué)生評價(jià)存在的問題,在已有研究和新的調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者梳理了影響天水市學(xué)生評價(jià)的因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響天水市學(xué)生評價(jià)的原因可歸納為三個(gè)方面:一是社會與制度的制約--考試制度鉗制教學(xué)與評價(jià)、畸重學(xué)生評價(jià)的管理功能、政府過重干預(yù)辦學(xué)。二是傳統(tǒng)評價(jià)弊端的桎梏--評價(jià)觀念之后而產(chǎn)生對評價(jià)理解的異化、考試被賦予過多的權(quán)利引起的“回波效應(yīng)”、評價(jià)的元評價(jià)缺乏。三是評價(jià)主體的影響--評價(jià)的厲害關(guān)系者交流的缺失、學(xué)生缺乏評價(jià)主體意識、教師導(dǎo)向存在偏差。最后基于以上問題和成因,并結(jié)合有關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理論,本研究嘗試性地提出了改進(jìn)天水市普通中學(xué)學(xué)生評價(jià)的策略:轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,優(yōu)化學(xué)生評價(jià)模式;著眼于學(xué)生發(fā)展,構(gòu)建多元化的學(xué)生評價(jià)體系;疏通障礙,為學(xué)生評價(jià)改革奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ);加強(qiáng)對話,激活學(xué)生評價(jià)各方主體能動性。
[Abstract]:Social development has put forward new requirements for talents, and more attention is paid to the development of the overall quality of human beings. The society needs not only specialized, specialized talents but also complex and creative talents. Education is responsible for the cultivation of talents for the society. In order to better promote the development of students, the teaching and evaluation of ordinary middle school education should be changed in time. This study takes Tianshui general middle school as the research object and uses a variety of methods in this study. This study mainly from five dimensions of student evaluation subject, student evaluation content, student evaluation method, student evaluation function, and student evaluation result feedback on the status of student evaluation in Tianshui ordinary middle school. Through investigation, the main problems in the evaluation of students in Tianshui general middle school are: simple and simple evaluation content, lack of subjectivity in evaluation, low relevance of evaluation, traditional evaluation model, simple evaluation method, dissimilation of evaluation function, neglect of development function, improper feedback of evaluation results, and so on. It is common to Tianshui. On the basis of the existing research and new research, the author combs the factors that affect the evaluation of students in Tianshui, and finds that the factors that affect the evaluation of students in Tianshui can be summed up in three aspects: one is the restriction of the society and the system -- the examination system to clamp down the teaching and evaluation, and the management function of the students' evaluation. Government intervention is two. After running the heavy shackles of the drawbacks of the traditional evaluation evaluation concept and generate alienation of evaluation, the test was given too much power caused by the "echo effect", the lack of meta evaluation. The three is the lack of powerful influence -- evaluation of communication, students' lack of evaluation subject consciousness of Teachers Based on the above problems and causes, and based on the above problems and causes, combined with the relevant experience and theory, this study attempts to put forward the strategies to improve the evaluation of students in Tianshui ordinary middle schools: changing ideas, optimizing student evaluation model, focusing on the development of students, building a diversified system of student evaluation, dredging obstacles and laying a foundation for the reform of students' evaluation. Strengthen the dialogue and activate students' evaluation of the initiative of all sides.
