北京市團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)體育“課課練”現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與改革研究

【摘要】:目前我國(guó)學(xué)生體質(zhì)逐年下降已是不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí),“課課練”是針對(duì)我國(guó)中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)持續(xù)下滑而提出,為改善中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)下降現(xiàn)狀的一種鍛煉模式。如何有效利用好“課課練”的時(shí)間,如何科學(xué)提高學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平,都是一線體育教師需要解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。本文旨在借鑒身體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能訓(xùn)練相關(guān)理論體系,結(jié)合團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)學(xué)生近幾年體質(zhì)健康出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,以及中考體育、高考體育的項(xiàng)目改革形勢(shì),采用更科學(xué)、合理的手段,完成全新設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)體育“新課課練”。本文借鑒了身體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能訓(xùn)練理念中關(guān)于動(dòng)作篩查、支柱力量訓(xùn)、快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練、恢復(fù)與再生等體系,對(duì)團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)體育課中“新課課練”部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法對(duì)相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行了梳理;采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)近年來(lái)學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析處理;在練習(xí)、測(cè)試項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)上采用專家訪談法向相關(guān)專家進(jìn)行了咨詢;最后對(duì)全新設(shè)計(jì)的“新課課練”在團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)全部師生范圍內(nèi)以走訪的形式進(jìn)行了效果與參與度的檢驗(yàn)。研究顯示全新設(shè)計(jì)的“新課課練”注重矯正學(xué)生不良的運(yùn)動(dòng)姿勢(shì)與習(xí)慣,通過(guò)姿勢(shì)的糾正與強(qiáng)化提高了學(xué)生在體育課程中的運(yùn)動(dòng)表現(xiàn)能力,以及在中考體育、高考體育中的成績(jī)。通過(guò)“新課課練”在團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)初、高中體育課中的實(shí)施,更多學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)姿勢(shì)得到了改善,運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷以及免體的學(xué)生越來(lái)越少,在學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試中,團(tuán)結(jié)湖第三中學(xué)學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步提高的態(tài)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:At present, it is an indisputable fact that the physique of students in our country is declining year by year. "lesson and practice" is a kind of exercise mode to improve the present situation of declining physique of primary and middle school students, aiming at the continuous decline of the physique of primary and middle school students in our country.How to make good use of the time of "class practice" and how to improve the students' physique and health level scientifically are the practical problems that should be solved by the first-line physical education teachers.The purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from the relevant theoretical system of physical exercise function training, combined with the problems of physical health of the students in the third middle school of Tuanjiehu in recent years, as well as the reform situation of physical education and college entrance examination in the middle school, and adopt more scientific and reasonable means.Complete a new design and implementation of Tuanjiehu No. 3 Middle School physical Education "New lesson practice."This paper draws lessons from the system of movement screening, support strength training, rapid expansion compound training, recovery and regeneration in the concept of body movement function training, and designs the part of "new lesson practice" in the physical education class of Tuanjianhu No. 3 Middle School.This paper uses the method of literature to sort out the relevant data; adopts mathematical statistics to analyze and process the students' physical health data in recent years in Tuanjie Lake No. 3 Middle School;In the design of the test project, the expert interview method was used to consult the relevant experts, and finally, the effect and participation degree of the newly designed "new lesson practice" was tested in the form of visiting in the scope of all the teachers and students of Tuanjiehu No. 3 Middle School.The study shows that the newly designed "new lesson practice" focuses on correcting students' bad sports posture and habits, and improves students' sports performance ability in physical education course through posture correction and strengthening, as well as taking physical education examination in middle school.The results of physical Education in the College entrance examination.At the beginning of the third middle school in Tuanjie Lake, more and more students' sports posture has been improved, and fewer and fewer students have been injured and exempted from physical exercise. In the physical health test of students,Tuanjiehu the third middle school students data show steady improvement trend.
