【摘要】：學校課程關乎學校人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量和規(guī)格,它是學校教育教學活動開展的基本依據(jù),也是學校教育目標實現(xiàn)的基本保證。當前,加強學校課程建設對于深化學校改革與發(fā)展具有積極的現(xiàn)實意義。學校課程建設不是另起爐灶,而是在既有的學科課程基礎上進行的。因而,學科教學規(guī)劃是學校課程建設的重要內(nèi)容,甚至是學校課程建設的基礎性工作。學校課程建設需要教師共同體的努力,在學校課程建設的過程中恰恰也能夠培育和形成教師共同體。在推進課程建設的過程中,學校需要賦予教師自主權,堅守倫理底線,尋求集體行動的邏輯。
[Abstract]:The school curriculum is related to the quality and specification of the training of school talents. It is the basic basis for the development of school education and teaching activities, and the basic guarantee for the realization of the school education goal.At present, strengthening the construction of school curriculum has positive practical significance for deepening the reform and development of school.School curriculum construction is not a new stove, but on the basis of the existing subject curriculum.Therefore, the subject teaching planning is the important content of the school curriculum construction, even the basic work of the school curriculum construction.The construction of school curriculum requires the efforts of teachers' community, which can also be cultivated and formed in the course of school curriculum construction.In the course of promoting curriculum construction, schools need to give teachers autonomy, adhere to the bottom line of ethics, and seek the logic of collective action.
