基于個性化推薦學習的網(wǎng)絡培訓教學課程平臺的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)中小學教師繼續(xù)教育課堂培訓教學模式存在教學環(huán)節(jié)過于單調(diào)和程序化,忽視學生的主體性和個性特征等方面的不足,研究并設計了一個適應在職教師培訓的自主個性化學習的網(wǎng)絡培訓課程教學平臺。首先討論通過建立基于個性化推薦的網(wǎng)絡培訓課程平臺來實現(xiàn)"一體兩翼"的培訓目標,接著介紹了平臺的設計方案、教學平臺系統(tǒng)的功能、系統(tǒng)結構,最后重點闡述了課程平臺的系統(tǒng)核心技術的實現(xiàn)。該平臺的構建可有效提高教師培訓的教學效率和教學質(zhì)量,為探索有效提升在職教師培訓的新模式提供新途徑,為解決國培等培訓項目培訓質(zhì)量提升提供新方法。
[Abstract]:The traditional teaching mode of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers is too monotonous and procedural, neglecting students' subjectivity and personality, etc. This paper studies and designs a web-based training course teaching platform which adapts to in-service teachers' self-individualized learning. Firstly, it discusses how to realize the training goal of "one as one and two wings" by establishing a web-based training course platform based on personalized recommendation. Then the design scheme of the platform, the function and structure of the teaching platform system are introduced, and the realization of the system core technology of the course platform is emphasized. The construction of the platform can effectively improve the teaching efficiency and the teaching quality of the teacher training. It provides a new way to effectively improve the new mode of in-service teacher training, and a new method to solve the quality improvement of training programs such as national training.
