【摘要】：社會(huì)在不斷發(fā)展,作為奮斗在教育一線的中小學(xué)教師,順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展、不斷提升自身素質(zhì),無(wú)論是對(duì)于社會(huì)還是對(duì)于個(gè)人而言都至關(guān)重要�！渡綎|省中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2011—2020年)》也明確要求,“把建設(shè)一支師德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、充滿活力的高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化教師隊(duì)伍擺在突出重要的位置”。但是目前山東省中小學(xué)教師整體素質(zhì)不得而知。齊魯名師建設(shè)工程是省教育廳重點(diǎn)實(shí)施的、立足高端領(lǐng)軍人才培養(yǎng)的、為打造山東省未來(lái)教育家隊(duì)伍而進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期項(xiàng)目。本文旨在以齊魯名師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為尺度,找出中小學(xué)教師素質(zhì)問(wèn)題所在,從而為提升全省中小學(xué)教師素質(zhì)提出建議。本文首先結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀,論述了選題緣由、研究意義以及介紹了相關(guān)概念,并通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行回顧與總結(jié),提出了本文的研究思路與方法。其次,介紹了“齊魯名師建設(shè)工程”、齊魯名師的評(píng)選條件,并對(duì)已經(jīng)評(píng)選出的兩期齊魯名師們進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的梳理。在培養(yǎng)期結(jié)束后,齊魯名師在教育理論與實(shí)踐、教學(xué)水平與能力、科研能力與創(chuàng)新意識(shí)等方面都有了顯著提升。再次,開(kāi)展了關(guān)于中小學(xué)教師素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并對(duì)樣本的選取與分布、問(wèn)卷的設(shè)計(jì)與編制以及問(wèn)卷的發(fā)放與回收做了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。通過(guò)對(duì)回收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理與分析,初步了解了目前中小學(xué)教師的素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,再以之與齊魯名師相比較,得出在職業(yè)理想、創(chuàng)新精神、知識(shí)儲(chǔ)量、科研能力及名聲威望等方面還有一定差距。最后,基于以上的調(diào)查、分析結(jié)果,從加強(qiáng)師德建設(shè)、鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新、倡導(dǎo)終身學(xué)習(xí)及提升科研能力等方面,提出了具體的針對(duì)性建議,以期能夠?yàn)樘嵘行W(xué)教師素質(zhì)帶來(lái)些許幫助。
[Abstract]:Society is constantly developing, as primary and secondary school teachers struggling in the front line of education, in keeping with the development of the times, constantly improve their own quality, Both for society and for individuals, the "outline of Shandong Province's Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2011-2020" also clearly requires, "to build a teacher of high moral integrity, consummate professional skills, and a reasonable structure," Energetic, high-quality and specialized teachers are placed in a prominent and important position. "but at present, the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers in Shandong Province is not known. The Qilu famous teacher Construction Project was carried out by the Provincial Education Department with a focus on the training of high-end military leaders. A long-term project to build a contingent of future educators in Shandong Province. The purpose of this paper is to find out the quality problems of primary and secondary school teachers according to Qilu famous teacher standard. In order to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in the province, this paper first discusses the reason, significance and related concepts of the topic, and through the review and summary of the relevant research, combined with the current social situation, the paper discusses the reason of the topic, the significance of the research and the related concepts. The paper puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the "Qilu famous teacher construction project", the selection conditions of Qilu famous teacher, and briefly combs the two Qilu famous teachers who have been selected. After the end of the training period, Well-known teachers in Qilu have greatly improved their educational theory and practice, teaching level and ability, scientific research ability and innovation consciousness, etc. Thirdly, a questionnaire survey has been conducted on the present situation of teachers' quality in primary and secondary schools, and the selection and distribution of samples have been carried out. The design and compilation of the questionnaire and the issuance and recovery of the questionnaire are explained in detail. Through the processing and analysis of the recovered data, the present quality situation of primary and secondary school teachers is preliminarily understood, and then compared with Qilu famous teachers. Finally, based on the above investigation and analysis results, from strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics and encouraging the development of innovation, we can draw a conclusion that there are still some gaps in the fields of professional ideal, innovation spirit, knowledge reserves, scientific research ability and reputation and prestige. In order to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers, some specific suggestions are put forward in this paper, such as advocating lifelong learning and improving the ability of scientific research.
