【摘要】：高校以馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說(shuō)為理論基礎(chǔ)和指導(dǎo)思想,教育、培養(yǎng)、選拔各種類型的人才,是我國(guó)高考改革和發(fā)展的理論趨勢(shì),也是人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說(shuō)在教育領(lǐng)域,特別是中等教育和高等教育領(lǐng)域的有益、深化實(shí)踐。高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度是高校遴選人才的重要手段,在基礎(chǔ)教育中起著重要的引導(dǎo)和指揮作用。同時(shí),研究和分析高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度的形成與發(fā)展對(duì)于豐富馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說(shuō),全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育,都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。高考評(píng)價(jià)不是絕對(duì)的,不是一成不變的,它從一元化向綜合化的發(fā)展過(guò)程,能夠客觀、有效、全面、準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生,也是高考制度改革在從考試到評(píng)價(jià)的道路上的不斷探索與進(jìn)步；同時(shí)高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度的應(yīng)用能夠促進(jìn)高等教育不斷改進(jìn)和完善,為更好地、更科學(xué)地管理教育事業(yè),準(zhǔn)確把握教育的未來(lái),減少失誤發(fā)揮著重要的作用。本文從人的全面發(fā)展理論視角出發(fā),首先對(duì)高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)涵、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、方法和作用進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地介紹,并著重對(duì)人的全面發(fā)展理論與高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度的關(guān)系作出解釋；其次,通過(guò)回顧我國(guó)高考制度的發(fā)展歷史,總結(jié)我國(guó)高考制度歷史的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)做出分析,進(jìn)而對(duì)我國(guó)高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度的發(fā)展提出幾點(diǎn)初步的思考；再次,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外在高考評(píng)價(jià)方面的方法和措施進(jìn)行對(duì)比的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)教育改革的實(shí)際情況,分析國(guó)外高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度的特點(diǎn)及其與我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展的差異性,進(jìn)而說(shuō)明國(guó)外高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)我國(guó)的借鑒意義。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)代表性省份高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)改革方法及政策的闡述,分析高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)改革中的一些特點(diǎn)和問(wèn)題,提出進(jìn)一步完善高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度的啟示和擬解決對(duì)策。在人的全面發(fā)展理論視閾下立足評(píng)價(jià)、教育評(píng)價(jià)、考試評(píng)價(jià)和高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)涵,全面闡述高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)及其制度建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、內(nèi)容、作用和意義等,目的在于力求高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度分析的系統(tǒng)全面性；運(yùn)用馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說(shuō)、教育評(píng)價(jià)理論,采用多方參與、多次評(píng)價(jià)、多維度評(píng)價(jià)的方法,目的在于力求評(píng)價(jià)方法的科學(xué)性；結(jié)合人的全面發(fā)展理論論述高考綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的有效使用,目的在于力求評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用性。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities take the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings as the theoretical basis and guiding ideology to educate, train and select various types of talents, which is the theoretical trend of the reform and development of the college entrance examination in China, and is also the theory of the all-round development of human beings in the field of education. Especially in the field of secondary education and higher education, the comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination is an important means to select talents in colleges and universities, which plays an important role in guiding and directing basic education. The study and analysis of the formation and development of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination are of great practical significance for enriching the Marxist theory on the overall development of human beings and promoting quality education in an all-round way. The evaluation of the college entrance examination is not absolute. It can evaluate students objectively, effectively, comprehensively and accurately. It is also the continuous exploration and progress of the reform of college entrance examination system from examination to evaluation. At the same time, the application of the comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination can promote the continuous improvement and perfection of higher education. In order to better and more scientifically manage the education cause and accurately grasp the future of education, This paper, from the perspective of the theory of comprehensive development of human beings, first introduces systematically the connotation, standards, methods and functions of the comprehensive evaluation of the college entrance examination. It also explains the relationship between the theory of all-round development of human beings and the comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination. Secondly, by reviewing the development history of the college entrance examination system in China, the author summarizes the historical experience of the college entrance examination system in China. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination, and then puts forward some preliminary thoughts on the development of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination in our country. Thirdly, on the basis of comparing the methods and measures in the evaluation of the college entrance examination between domestic and foreign countries, Combined with the actual situation of our country's education reform, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination abroad and the difference between the comprehensive evaluation system and the development of our country, and then explains the significance of the comprehensive evaluation method of the foreign college entrance examination to our country. By expounding the reform methods and policies of comprehensive evaluation of college entrance examination in representative provinces, this paper analyzes some characteristics and problems in the reform of comprehensive evaluation of college entrance examination. The implications of evaluation, education evaluation, examination evaluation and college entrance examination comprehensive evaluation are put forward. This paper comprehensively expounds the connotation, content, function and significance of the comprehensive evaluation of the college entrance examination and its system construction, the purpose of which is to strive for a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination, and to apply the Marxist theory on the comprehensive development of human beings. The educational evaluation theory adopts the methods of multi-participation, multi-evaluation and multi-dimensional evaluation, the purpose of which is to strive for the scientific nature of the evaluation methods, and to discuss the effective use of the comprehensive evaluation results of the college entrance examination in combination with the theory of comprehensive development of human beings. The purpose is to try to evaluate the practical application of the results.
