【摘要】：在課程改革中,教學(xué)有效性已成為人們普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。因?yàn)榻虒W(xué)目標(biāo)在課堂教學(xué)中處于核心地位,扮演著指導(dǎo)、激勵(lì)及評價(jià)教學(xué)的角色。教學(xué)目標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施,關(guān)系到一節(jié)課的教學(xué)效果和效益。所以,對中小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)課堂教學(xué)中教學(xué)目標(biāo)的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行研究,對提高數(shù)學(xué)課堂教學(xué)的效益具有重要的意義。這項(xiàng)研究總體上探討兩個(gè)問題:其一,如何進(jìn)行有利于開展課堂教學(xué)活動的課時(shí)教學(xué)目標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì);其二,預(yù)設(shè)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)與具體的課堂教學(xué)開展之間的存在著怎樣的關(guān)系。研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)分析法,調(diào)查訪談法,案例研究法,輔之以課堂觀察法和教育評價(jià)法。圍繞要解決的問題,通過對昆明市、重慶市部分中小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師的調(diào)查,從教學(xué)目標(biāo)的認(rèn)識、教學(xué)目標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)目標(biāo)的實(shí)施進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,得出調(diào)查結(jié)論;通過文獻(xiàn)分析、理論探討、教學(xué)案例的收集與分析,探討教學(xué)目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)和教學(xué)組織過程中如何落實(shí)教學(xué)目標(biāo)、探討如何依據(jù)教學(xué)目標(biāo)開展教學(xué)反思并及時(shí)對教學(xué)目標(biāo)和教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行精心地修改,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的建議。研究中注意定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合。這項(xiàng)研究的結(jié)論主要有:首先,中小學(xué)教師在進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)表現(xiàn)出對數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)目標(biāo)認(rèn)識不夠深入、數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)籠統(tǒng)、表述不夠規(guī)范、與課程改革理念吻合度不高;其次,存在教學(xué)目標(biāo)在教學(xué)過程中落實(shí)不夠全面的現(xiàn)象。針對這兩個(gè)突出的問題,研究中通過課堂觀察、案例收集、教學(xué)目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐等手段,提出數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)與課堂教學(xué)中落實(shí)目標(biāo)的建議,主要包括:鉆研數(shù)學(xué)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與教材,分析學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的具體情況;依據(jù)教學(xué)目標(biāo)科學(xué)地選擇和組織教學(xué)內(nèi)容;以教學(xué)目標(biāo)統(tǒng)領(lǐng)教學(xué)過程、以教學(xué)目標(biāo)確定教學(xué)組織策略、以教學(xué)目標(biāo)達(dá)成度作為教學(xué)評價(jià)的主要依據(jù)等。
[Abstract]:In the course of curriculum reform, teaching effectiveness has become a hot issue that people pay close attention to, because the teaching goal is in the core position in the classroom teaching, plays the role of guiding, encouraging and evaluating the teaching, the design and implementation of the teaching goal. It is related to the teaching effect and benefit of a class. Therefore, the application of teaching objectives in mathematics classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools is studied. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of mathematics classroom teaching. This study discusses two problems as a whole: first, how to design the teaching objectives conducive to classroom teaching activities; secondly, What kind of relationship exists between the preset teaching goal and the concrete classroom teaching. The research mainly adopts the literature analysis method, the investigation interview method, the case study method, supplemented by the classroom observation method and the education evaluation method. Based on the investigation of mathematics teachers in some primary and secondary schools in Kunming and Chongqing, the author makes an investigation on the understanding of teaching objectives, the design of teaching objectives and the implementation of teaching objectives, and draws the conclusion of the investigation. The collection and analysis of teaching cases, how to carry out teaching objectives in the process of teaching goal design and teaching organization, how to carry out teaching reflection according to teaching objectives and how to modify teaching objectives and design meticulously in time are discussed. On the basis of this, some suggestions on optimization of mathematics teaching objectives are put forward. In the study, attention is paid to the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first of all, The primary and middle school teachers have shown that they do not have a deep understanding of the mathematics teaching objectives when they carry out the teaching design. The design of the mathematics teaching objectives is general, the expression is not standardized, and the degree of conformity with the curriculum reform idea is not high; secondly, There exists the phenomenon that the teaching goal is not comprehensive enough in the teaching process. In view of these two outstanding problems, the research adopts the methods of classroom observation, case collection, teaching goal design and practice, etc. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the design of mathematics teaching objectives and the implementation of them in classroom teaching, including: studying the mathematics course standards and teaching materials, analyzing the specific situation of students' learning, selecting and organizing teaching contents scientifically according to the teaching objectives; The teaching process is controlled by the teaching goal, the teaching organization strategy is determined by the teaching goal, and the main basis of the teaching evaluation is the degree of the achievement of the teaching goal.
