【摘要】：隨著新課程的實施,中學(xué)化學(xué)教師的教學(xué)能力面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。教師的教學(xué)能力與教學(xué)活動密切相關(guān),提高中學(xué)化學(xué)教師的教學(xué)能力是學(xué)校教學(xué)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。為了提升教師質(zhì)量,實現(xiàn)教師隊伍專業(yè)化,我國提出了“卓越教師”培養(yǎng)計劃。因此,明確卓越教師的教學(xué)能力構(gòu)成,提高卓越教師的教學(xué)能力亟待解決。本論文在國內(nèi)有關(guān)教學(xué)能力研究的基礎(chǔ)上,把握了國內(nèi)有關(guān)研究的發(fā)展動向和趨勢。運用著名的德爾菲法,通過來自全國多個省市重點中學(xué)的30名專家共同體基于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的需求所達(dá)成的權(quán)威性的共識,得出卓越中學(xué)化學(xué)教師應(yīng)該重點發(fā)展的6項一級教學(xué)能力構(gòu)成要素和適切性的二級構(gòu)成要素,并且闡明了各二級要素的內(nèi)涵,最后形成了卓越中學(xué)化學(xué)教師的教學(xué)能力結(jié)構(gòu)模型。論文共包括八部分,主要內(nèi)容如下:第一部分,主要闡明了選題的緣由。第二部分,綜述國內(nèi)有關(guān)教學(xué)能力的研究現(xiàn)狀。主要按照教師能力、教學(xué)能力、中學(xué)化學(xué)教師能力這種層層遞進(jìn)的方式綜述,得到研究的啟示,發(fā)現(xiàn)已有研究中的不足之處,確定研究的問題。第三部分,研究的目的、任務(wù)與方法。第四部分,研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。主要論述了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論、課程改革理論、化學(xué)學(xué)科和卓越教師的特性。第五部分,對德爾菲法進(jìn)行介紹,組建專家組,確定調(diào)查各階段的目的、任務(wù)。第六部分,德爾菲法調(diào)查實施階段,一共進(jìn)行三輪調(diào)查,對每一輪調(diào)查進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。第七部分,分析三輪德爾菲法的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),形成研究結(jié)果。第八部分,綜合文獻(xiàn)分析和德爾菲法調(diào)查,形成最終的卓越中學(xué)化學(xué)教師的教學(xué)能力的構(gòu)成和結(jié)構(gòu)模型。第九部分,指出本論文的不足之處和研究展望。本論文的創(chuàng)新之處是:(1)論文運用了開放式的德爾菲專家預(yù)測法進(jìn)行實證調(diào)查,實現(xiàn)了研究方法的突破。(2)論文探討了卓越中學(xué)化學(xué)教師的教學(xué)能力的構(gòu)成,并且闡釋了各構(gòu)成要素的內(nèi)涵,這既填補了關(guān)于卓越中學(xué)化學(xué)教師教學(xué)能力研究方面的空白,又與當(dāng)前對教師發(fā)展的需求和培養(yǎng)緊密聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the new curriculum, the teaching ability of middle school chemistry teachers is facing severe challenges. The teachers' teaching ability is closely related to the teaching activities. To improve the teaching ability of middle school chemistry teachers is the key to the development of school teaching. In order to improve the quality of teachers and realize the professionalization of teachers, our country has put forward the "excellent teacher" training plan. The composition of the teaching ability of the outstanding teachers is clear and the teaching ability of the outstanding teachers should be improved urgently. This paper is based on the research on the teaching ability in China. Grasps the domestic related research development tendency and the tendency, uses the famous Delphi method. Through the 30 experts community from key middle schools in many provinces and cities of the country based on the needs of professional development of teachers reached an authoritative consensus. It is concluded that the teachers of chemistry in high schools should focus on the development of six primary teaching ability components and appropriate secondary elements, and clarify the connotation of the secondary elements. Finally, it forms the structure model of the teaching ability of the outstanding middle school chemistry teachers. The thesis consists of eight parts, the main contents are as follows: the first part, mainly explains the reason of the topic. The second part. This paper summarizes the current situation of the research on teaching ability in China, mainly according to the teachers' ability, the teaching ability and the chemistry teacher's ability in middle school. The third part, the purpose, task and method of the research. Part 4th, the theoretical basis of the research. Mainly discusses the theory of teacher professional development. The theory of curriculum reform, chemistry and the characteristics of outstanding teachers. Part 5th introduces Delphi method, sets up expert group, determines the purpose and task of each stage of investigation. Part 6th. In the stage of Delphi investigation implementation, three rounds of investigation were carried out, 7th parts of data were processed for each round of investigation, and the data of three rounds of Delphi method were analyzed, forming the results of the study. 8th parts. Comprehensive literature analysis and Delphi method investigation to form the final excellent middle school chemistry teachers' teaching ability composition and structure model. 9th part. This paper points out the shortcomings and research prospects of this paper. The innovation of this paper is that the paper uses the open Delphi expert forecasting method to carry on the empirical investigation. The paper discusses the composition of the teaching ability of the outstanding middle school chemistry teachers, and explains the connotation of each component element. This not only fills up the blank of the research on the teaching ability of the outstanding middle school chemistry teachers, but also has a close relationship with the current demand and cultivation of teachers' development.
