【摘要】：“以生為本”是高中思想政治課程改革的根本理念。因此,高中思想政治課教學(xué)要以學(xué)生為中心,實(shí)現(xiàn)從“要我學(xué)”到“我要學(xué)”的轉(zhuǎn)變,增強(qiáng)其實(shí)效性,為學(xué)生發(fā)展奠定良好的思想政治素質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。筆者認(rèn)為要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一轉(zhuǎn)變,就要實(shí)施激勵(lì)教育。本文主要從四個(gè)方面對(duì)激勵(lì)教育在高中思想政治課堂教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了比較全面的探討和研究。首先,筆者在借鑒相關(guān)學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)激勵(lì)教育進(jìn)行了概述,認(rèn)為激勵(lì)教育實(shí)質(zhì)上是教育者在尊重學(xué)生的主體性和合理需要的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)設(shè)各種條件滿足其需要,激發(fā)其內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的自我激勵(lì)和發(fā)展。其次,結(jié)合當(dāng)前課程改革的趨勢(shì)和高中思想政治課教學(xué)的實(shí)際,筆者總結(jié)了激勵(lì)教育對(duì)于高中思想政治課教學(xué)的重要意義。它是適應(yīng)高中生心理特征,培養(yǎng)主體意識(shí)的需要；是協(xié)調(diào)師生關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)的需要；是解決當(dāng)前高中思想政治課困境的需要；是適應(yīng)高中思想政治新課程改革的需要。再次,本文總結(jié)了激勵(lì)教育實(shí)施應(yīng)遵循的一些原則和方式、方法,這也是高中思想政治課教學(xué)順利開展激勵(lì)教育需要遵循的。最后,為了優(yōu)化激勵(lì)教育在高中思想政治課教學(xué)中的實(shí)施效果,筆者認(rèn)為教師首先要樹立激勵(lì)理念并努力提高自身素質(zhì)；構(gòu)建激勵(lì)教育運(yùn)用于高中思想政治課教學(xué)的環(huán)境；完善激勵(lì)教育運(yùn)用于高中思想政治課教學(xué)中的課程評(píng)價(jià)體系；優(yōu)化高中思想政治課的課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐,將激勵(lì)教育思想融入課堂教學(xué)中,增強(qiáng)其自身的吸引力,激發(fā)高中生學(xué)習(xí)政治課的興趣和內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī),從而增強(qiáng)高中思想政治課的教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:"student-oriented" is the fundamental idea of high school ideological and political curriculum reform. Therefore, the high school ideological and political course teaching should be student-centered, from "want me to learn" to "I want to learn", and enhance its effectiveness. To lay a good ideological and political quality foundation for the development of students. This paper mainly discusses and studies the application of incentive education in high school ideological and political classroom teaching from four aspects. First of all. On the basis of the relevant scholars' research, the author summarizes the incentive education, and thinks that the incentive education is based on respecting the students' subjectivity and reasonable needs. Create a variety of conditions to meet their needs, stimulate their internal motivation, so as to achieve self-motivation and development of students. Secondly, combined with the current trend of curriculum reform and the reality of ideological and political teaching in senior high school. The author summarizes the important significance of encouraging education to the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school, which is the need of adapting to the psychological characteristics of high school students and cultivating the consciousness of subject. It is to coordinate the teacher-student relationship and realize the need of teaching each other. It is the need to solve the dilemma of the current high school ideological and political course; It is to meet the needs of the new ideological and political curriculum reform. Thirdly, this paper summarizes some principles and methods that should be followed in the implementation of incentive education. This is also the high school ideological and political lesson teaching to follow the smooth development of incentive education. Finally, in order to optimize the implementation of incentive education in high school ideological and political teaching results. The author believes that teachers should first set up the concept of motivation and strive to improve their own quality; Construct the environment in which incentive education is applied to the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school; To perfect the curriculum evaluation system of the application of incentive education in the ideological and political course teaching in senior high school; To optimize the classroom teaching practice of high school ideological and political lesson, to integrate the educational thought into classroom teaching, to enhance its own attraction, and to stimulate the interest and intrinsic motivation of senior high school students to learn political lesson. So as to enhance the high school ideological and political teaching effect.
