【摘要】：成都市青羊區(qū)特殊教育學(xué)校(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:青羊特校)在特殊兒童體育教育方面取得了優(yōu)異成績(jī),在國(guó)際特奧東亞區(qū)的六個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)中處于領(lǐng)先地位。這些成就一方面離不開青羊特校老師的努力和付出,另一方面更離不開體育志愿者的支持與幫助。從2006年第一批體育志愿者的加入至今,體育志愿者參與青羊特校體育康復(fù)訓(xùn)練活動(dòng)的志愿服務(wù)已有十年的時(shí)間,體育志愿者已融入到青羊特校的各種體育活動(dòng)中,包括“特奧幼兒運(yùn)動(dòng)員計(jì)劃”,游泳課程及馬術(shù)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練等各個(gè)方面。因此青羊特校在體育志愿者的招募、培訓(xùn)、管理等方面擁有多年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得調(diào)查與分析。同時(shí),由于特殊教育在國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展還處于起步階段,在組織開展志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)中會(huì)遇到困難和存在不足。所以本研究以參與志愿服務(wù)的體育志愿者為研究對(duì)象,以青羊特校開展體育志愿服務(wù)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,擬通過本文研究分析體育志愿者參與青羊特校體育志愿服務(wù)方面的一些基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),并對(duì)其基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行推廣,傳播助人為樂的志愿精神,使更多的人參與到志愿服務(wù)中。此外,本研究擬分析青羊特校在開展體育志愿服務(wù)中所存在的困難,并針對(duì)性的提出可行性建議,因此本研究具有一定現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法,以參與青羊特校體育活動(dòng)的體育志愿者為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過訪談的形式,訪問青羊特校的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及老師,分析得出以下結(jié)論:(1)精神需要是體育志愿者參與青羊特校體育活動(dòng)的主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)。(2)聯(lián)合招募和同心圓招募是青羊特校對(duì)體育志愿者的主要招募方式。(3)培訓(xùn)方式多樣性是青羊特校培訓(xùn)志愿者的特點(diǎn)。(4)需求型激勵(lì)是青羊特校對(duì)體育志愿者的主要激勵(lì)類型。(5)青羊特校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視與表率作用為體育志愿服務(wù)創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境。(6)特殊兒童融入社會(huì)能力的提高是所有參與志愿服務(wù)者的心愿。(7)大學(xué)生體育志愿者數(shù)量不夠穩(wěn)定是志愿者監(jiān)管方面存在的困難之一。根據(jù)分析出的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)和存在的困難提出以下建議:(1)借鑒體育志愿者招募、培訓(xùn)的方式,運(yùn)用于音樂、美術(shù)等項(xiàng)目。(2)運(yùn)用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”思維加大宣傳力度,讓更多社會(huì)人員參與志愿服務(wù)。(3)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生體育志愿者監(jiān)督,預(yù)防期末“逃離”現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Special Education School of Qingyang District of Chengdu (hereinafter referred to as Qingyang Special School) has made outstanding achievements in physical education of special children. In the six countries and regions of the international Teo East Asia, these achievements can not be separated from the efforts and efforts of the teachers of the special school of Qingyang. On the other hand, it can not do without the support and help of sports volunteers. Since 2006, the first group of sports volunteers have joined so far. Sports volunteers to participate in the special school sports rehabilitation training has been 10 years of voluntary service, sports volunteers have been integrated into various sports activities in the special school, including the "Special Olympic Young Child athletes Program." Swimming courses and equestrian rehabilitation training and other aspects. Therefore, the special school sports volunteers in the recruitment, training, management and other aspects of many years of experience is worthy of investigation and analysis. Because special education is still in the initial stage of development in China, it will encounter difficulties and shortcomings in organizing and carrying out voluntary service activities. Therefore, this study takes the sports volunteers who participate in voluntary service as the research object. Taking the sports volunteer service of Qingyang Special School as the investigation object, this paper analyzes some basic experiences of sports volunteers participating in the sports volunteer service of Qingyang Special School, and popularizes their basic experience. Spread the voluntary spirit of helping others, so that more people participate in voluntary service. In addition, this study will analyze the difficulties in the development of sports volunteer service in Qingyang Special School, and put forward some feasible suggestions. Therefore, this study has some practical significance. This paper adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, expert interview, logic analysis. To participate in the sports activities of the Qingyang special school sports volunteers as the investigation object, through the form of interviews, visit the Qingyang special school leaders and teachers. The following conclusion is drawn: (1) Mental need is the main motivation for sports volunteers to participate in the sports activities of Qingyang Special School. Joint recruitment and concentric recruitment are the main recruitment methods of Qingyang Special proofreading Sports volunteers. Diversity of training methods is the characteristics of Qingyang Special School training volunteers. Demand-type motivation is the main incentive type of sports volunteers for special proofreading of Qingyang. (5) the importance and exemplary role of leaders of Qingyang Special School to create a good environment for sports volunteer service. Enhancement of the social integration capacity of children in special situations is the wish of all those who participate in voluntary service. The unstable number of university sports volunteers is one of the difficulties in volunteer supervision. According to the analysis of the basic experience and difficulties put forward the following suggestions: 1) draw lessons from the recruitment of sports volunteers. The way of training, applied to music, art and other projects. 2) using the "Internet" thinking to increase publicity, let more social personnel participate in voluntary service. 3) strengthen the supervision of college students' sports volunteers. Prevent the end of the "escape" phenomenon.
