【摘要】：本文將20世紀上半葉的安徽教育置于全國的宏觀背景下,將學校音樂教育這一點,作為研究的對象,對這個歷史時期安徽的中學校音樂教育與學校音樂的活動等各個方面的教育問題進行探討研究,剖析這個時期安徽的學校音樂教育和課外音樂生活進程,了解安徽地區(qū)的學校音樂教育等的歷史,使這個時期的安徽學校音樂教育跌宕起伏的社會大背景下的特征得以很好的展現(xiàn)。在20世紀上半葉,學校音樂教育與社會運動有著很深的聯(lián)系,兩者之間相互作用。在中國的現(xiàn)實國情下,教育經(jīng)費是特別少的,更別說在音樂教育上了。在學校里,音樂教學設備多數(shù)都是舊的,有的學校甚至是沒有教學設備的,而且還無專門的音樂群體。在時代的大背景下,教育行政不斷地發(fā)生變化,教育的權(quán)杖不斷地更替,教育的發(fā)展進程遭到了許許多多的困難。無論怎樣,安徽的學校音樂教育還是取得了不能被否定的成績,即使對現(xiàn)在的教育也有一定的影響。
