【摘要】：每年一度的高校職稱評(píng)審工作,由于工作量大、時(shí)間緊迫、人為因素等,難免會(huì)有不公平的事情發(fā)生,從而引起矛盾沖突。如果將評(píng)審工作放在平時(shí),即學(xué)校建立一個(gè)職稱評(píng)定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,每個(gè)人把自己任現(xiàn)職以來平時(shí)做的工作按照學(xué)校的指標(biāo)體系通過計(jì)算機(jī)錄入,計(jì)算機(jī)體系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)計(jì)算出每個(gè)人的得分情況,晉升職稱就按照分?jǐn)?shù)從高到低的排序,有指標(biāo)和任現(xiàn)職年限達(dá)到晉升期限就自動(dòng)晉升,否則就處于等待狀態(tài)。這樣既避免了人為因素的干擾,也化解了許多不必要的矛盾。本文旨在提供一種思路,解決評(píng)審過程中人為因素的干擾和工作量大的問題。
[Abstract]:Because of the heavy workload, time pressure, human factors and so on, it is inevitable that unfair things will happen, which will lead to contradictions and conflicts in the annual evaluation of professional titles in colleges and universities. If we put the evaluation work at ordinary times, that is, the school establishes an evaluation index system for professional titles, everyone will input the work they have done since their current post into the school's index system through computer. The computer body system automatically calculates the score of each person, the promotion title is ranked according to the score from high to low, and the promotion is automatic if the index and current term of service reach the promotion period, otherwise it is in the state of waiting. This not only avoids the interference of human factors, but also resolves many unnecessary contradictions. The purpose of this paper is to provide a way of thinking to solve the problem of interference of human factors and heavy workload in the process of evaluation.
