培養(yǎng)本科生的全球勝任力:一項(xiàng)探索性研究

全球化時(shí)代的跨國(guó)、跨文化交流與合作日益頻繁,給世界各國(guó)的發(fā)展都帶來了前所未有的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。在當(dāng)前世界新格局下,中國(guó)正主動(dòng)參與全球治理并在國(guó)際事務(wù)中發(fā)揮積極作用,全面參與全球治理,必須以人才培養(yǎng)為先。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的全球勝任力既能夠符合時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要,又滿足我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段對(duì)全球治理人才的急需。眾多高校教師與研究者認(rèn)同全球勝任力培養(yǎng)的重要性,但從現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)分析,國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于全球勝任力教育的實(shí)證研究明顯不足,鮮少有為提高學(xué)生全球勝任力而設(shè)計(jì)的教學(xué)案例。因此,本研究聚焦于本科學(xué)生的全球勝任力培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐。研究選取上海市某大學(xué)本科生的通識(shí)教育課程《道德經(jīng)新賞》為對(duì)象,通過對(duì)本課程的課程設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)實(shí)踐和課程評(píng)價(jià)來探索本科階段學(xué)生全球勝任力培養(yǎng)的路徑。論文首先對(duì)全球勝任力的概念和框架、全球勝任力相關(guān)教學(xué)及測(cè)評(píng)實(shí)證研究及全球勝任力與基于項(xiàng)目的教學(xué)進(jìn)行了闡述和文獻(xiàn)綜述,并建構(gòu)起基于中國(guó)環(huán)境的本科生全球勝任力框架,為后面的課程設(shè)計(jì)提供理論支撐。根據(jù)框架,設(shè)定課程目標(biāo)、選擇課程內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)課程組織方式,擬定課程評(píng)估方法。教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)為期13周,每周145分鐘。在教學(xué)實(shí)施過程中,筆者對(duì)課堂主要教學(xué)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行錄音、錄像,并通過前測(cè)與后測(cè)及...
