【摘要】：現代權力觀以統(tǒng)治權為核心內容，它所產生的消極影響在20世紀60年代以后凸顯出來。福柯在批判現代權力觀及其影響的基礎上，，吸收了尼采的“權力意志”理論，運用譜系學的方法，提出了后現代的權力觀。這種權力觀反對理性，反對宏大敘事，反對整體性，是一種微觀權力的理論。該理論認為權力本質上是一種關系網絡，它是將知識建構為一種支配性的力量，來實現對人的身體的控制。福柯由此認為，啟蒙時代中出現的將法律視為探求真理的途徑的觀點已經被消解，法律成為控制人的身體的工具。這導致規(guī)訓逐漸侵入法律作用的空間，替代法律的功能，滲入到現代社會的各個角落，控制人的行為。由此，我們認為，福柯的微觀權力理論以及譜系學的研究方法對我們研究權力問題具有很大的啟發(fā)，但是，他只關注權力的微觀層面的運行，這種片面性需要我們注意。
[Abstract]:The modern view of power takes the ruling power as its core content, and its negative influence has been highlighted since 1960's. On the basis of criticizing the modern view of power and its influence, Foucault absorbed Nietzsche's theory of "will of power" and put forward the view of power of post-modern by means of genealogy. This view of power against reason, against grand narration, against integrity, is a theory of micro power. The theory holds that power is essentially a kind of relational network, it is to construct knowledge as a dominant force to realize the control of human body. Foucault thought that the idea of law as a way to seek truth had been dispelled, and law had become a tool to control human body. As a result, discipline gradually intrudes into the space of legal function, replaces the function of law, seeps into every corner of modern society, and controls human behavior. Therefore, we think that Foucault's microcosmic power theory and genealogical research method have great inspiration for us to study the power problem, but he only pays attention to the microcosmic aspect of the power, this kind of one-sidedness needs our attention.
