【摘要】：從改革開放到今天,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)有了巨大的進(jìn)步,社會(huì)成員的生活狀況有了很大的改善,收入大大增加,隨之而來的就是產(chǎn)生了分配差距,并且這種差距呈現(xiàn)出拉大的趨勢,這就阻礙了和諧社會(huì)的進(jìn)程,由此我們要重視分配正義問題。對(duì)于財(cái)富分配正義問題的探討,古今中外的學(xué)者們都進(jìn)行了廣泛而深入的探討,本文結(jié)合了馬克思分配正義思想、西方優(yōu)秀的分配正義理論以及中國傳統(tǒng)分配正義理論的精華部分并結(jié)合中國目前的具體國情,提出相應(yīng)的實(shí)施原則和措施,既具有完善中國當(dāng)代特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展理論的理論價(jià)值,也有有利于構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文運(yùn)用了比較研究的經(jīng)典范式,即從馬克思主義的分配正義思想、西方具有代表性的分配正義思想以及中國古代傳統(tǒng)分配正義思想三個(gè)角度入手,摘出了其中的精華部分,討論其對(duì)于中國今天的中國財(cái)富分配具有的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。論文的主體有三部分:第一部分,介紹了馬克思分配正義理論的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、基本內(nèi)容以及對(duì)于我國實(shí)現(xiàn)分配正義的指導(dǎo)作用,列舉了西方歷史上幾種具有代表性的分配正義理論,分析了這幾個(gè)流派理論的主要內(nèi)容以及對(duì)于我們國家可以借鑒之處,總結(jié)了中國古代傳統(tǒng)分配正義思想和我們可以批判繼承的核心理論;第二部分,簡述了當(dāng)代中國財(cái)富分配正義的現(xiàn)狀,指出了當(dāng)前財(cái)富分配正義存在的矛盾是公平與效率的對(duì)立、勞動(dòng)收入與資本收入比例懸殊、權(quán)力與權(quán)利的失衡,并分析了矛盾產(chǎn)生的歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)原因;第三部分,提出了當(dāng)代中國實(shí)現(xiàn)分配正義應(yīng)遵循的原則和三次分配中具體應(yīng)采取的措施,最大程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)分配正義。本文的新意及特色之處在于:首先,與國內(nèi)外同類研究相比較,在研究的維度上更全面,更具有系統(tǒng)性。對(duì)于財(cái)富分配正義性的研究,國內(nèi)外大都為獨(dú)立研究,僅對(duì)一種或幾種理論進(jìn)行探討,本文從古今中外三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行綜合研究,對(duì)這方面的研究進(jìn)行了有益的補(bǔ)充。其次,在分析理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國的具體國情,初步提出適合我國的財(cái)富分配正義原則和措施,為我國實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)富分配正義提供了參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:From the reform and opening up to today, China's economy has made great progress, the living conditions of social members have been greatly improved, and incomes have been greatly increased. With this, there has been a distribution gap, and this gap has shown a trend of widening. This hinders the process of harmonious society, so we should pay attention to the issue of distribution justice. For the discussion of the problem of wealth distribution justice, scholars from all over the world and all over the world have carried out extensive and in-depth discussions. This paper combines Marx's idea of distributional justice. The excellent western theory of distribution justice and the essence part of Chinese traditional theory of distribution justice, combined with the specific conditions of China, put forward the corresponding implementation principles and measures. It has not only the theoretical value of perfecting the development theory of socialism with Chinese contemporary characteristics, but also the practical significance of building a harmonious society. This paper uses the classical paradigm of comparative study, that is, from the Marxist distributive justice thought, the western representative distributive justice thought and the ancient Chinese traditional distributive justice thought, it extracts the essence of it. The paper discusses its guiding and referential significance for China's wealth distribution today. The main body of the thesis has three parts: the first part introduces the philosophical foundation of Marx's distributive justice theory, its basic content and its guiding role for the realization of distributive justice in China. This paper enumerates several representative theories of distributive justice in the history of the West, analyzes the main contents of the theories of these schools and what we can learn from them for our country. It summarizes the traditional distributional justice thought of ancient China and the core theory that we can criticize and inherit. The second part briefly describes the present situation of wealth distribution justice in contemporary China. This paper points out that the contradiction in the justice of wealth distribution is the contradiction between fairness and efficiency, the disparity between labor income and capital income, the imbalance between power and right, and analyzes the historical and realistic reasons of the contradiction. This paper puts forward the principles to be followed in the realization of distribution justice in contemporary China and the concrete measures to be taken in the third distribution in order to realize distribution justice to the greatest extent. The new ideas and characteristics of this paper are as follows: firstly, compared with similar studies at home and abroad, the research is more comprehensive and systematic. For the research on the justice of wealth distribution, most of them are independent studies, only one or several theories are discussed. This paper makes a comprehensive study from three angles, ancient, modern and foreign, and makes a useful supplement to the research in this field. Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of the theory, combined with the specific conditions of China, the author puts forward the principles and measures of wealth distribution justice which is suitable for our country, and provides a reference for our country to realize the wealth distribution justice.
