【摘要】：康德學界對自然法則公式有三種代表性解釋:目的論解釋、概念矛盾解釋、實踐矛盾解釋,不過它們對于虛假承諾這一事例都不能給出合理的闡明,錯誤的根源是誤解了康德的普遍性、自然法則等概念�？档碌臏蕜t與法則的差別不是邏輯形式上的差別,而是實踐意義上的差別。由此,普遍性的要求并不是邏輯形式上的演化。從最根本上看,"自然法則"并不是指自然科學意義上的一致性,而是對事物的內(nèi)在本性的完成,在人那里即是對其理性本質(zhì)的發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:Kant has three representative interpretations of the formula of natural law: Skopos explanation, conceptual contradiction interpretation, practical contradiction interpretation, but they can not give a reasonable explanation for the example of false promise. The root of the mistake is the misunderstanding of the concept of Kant's universality and the law of nature. The difference between Kant's criterion and law is not the difference in logical form but the difference in practical meaning. The requirement of universality is not the evolution of logical form. Fundamentally, the "law of nature" does not mean consistency in the sense of natural science, but the completion of the intrinsic nature of things. In person, it is the display of its rational essence.
