[目 的]完全腹腔鏡胃癌根治術(shù)（Totally Laparoscopic Gastrectomy,TLG）是時(shí)下較熱門(mén)的胃癌微創(chuàng)手術(shù),多數(shù)研究針對(duì)TLG治療早期胃癌（Early Gastric Cancer,EGC）的療效進(jìn)行了探索,關(guān)于TLG術(shù)式的安全性、臨床療效、消化道重建策略等方面爭(zhēng)議頗多。本文旨在根據(jù)本團(tuán)隊(duì)的初步經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討和總結(jié)TLG在治療進(jìn)展期胃癌（Advaned Gastric Cancer,AGC）中的臨床療效和手術(shù)體會(huì)。[方 法]收集本團(tuán)隊(duì)在2016年6月初至2019年10月底之間接受TLG手術(shù)的83例患者的臨床資料,主要統(tǒng)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括患者的術(shù)前、術(shù)中、術(shù)后預(yù)后情況、病理資料等。[結(jié) 果]本研究中83例胃癌患者接受TLG,其中69例接受完全腹腔鏡遠(yuǎn)端胃切除術(shù)（Totally Laparoscopic Distal Gastrectomy,TLDG）,采用線性吻合器法進(jìn)行Billroth II式重建;14例接受完全腹腔鏡全胃切除術(shù)（Totally Laparoscopic Total Gastrectomy,TLTG）,采用純手工縫合法進(jìn)行Roux-en-Y式重建。在TLD...
