【摘要】：目的了解廣東省農(nóng)村婦女乳腺癌篩查情況,以及篩查對(duì)象乳腺癌防治知識(shí)現(xiàn)狀,為降低乳腺癌發(fā)病率提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段隨機(jī)抽樣方法,于2009—2011年對(duì)廣東省6個(gè)項(xiàng)目縣31 209名農(nóng)村婦女進(jìn)行乳腺檢查及乳腺癌防治知識(shí)調(diào)查。結(jié)果檢查對(duì)象乳腺癌防治知識(shí)獲取途徑以本次提供免費(fèi)檢查服務(wù)時(shí)發(fā)放宣教手冊(cè)(62.04%)和廣播電視專題節(jié)目宣傳(45.36%)為主,檢查對(duì)象有9條乳腺癌防治知識(shí)的回答正確率均93.26%,但乳腺自我檢查方法知曉率相對(duì)較低(77.05%);所有檢查對(duì)象中,接受乳腺視診觸診檢查者占88.20%,左右乳陽(yáng)性率分別為7.77%和7.75%;接受乳腺超聲檢查者占69.66%,左右乳陽(yáng)性率分別為0.93%和0.87%;接受乳腺X線檢查者占4.28%,左右乳陽(yáng)性率分別為3.37%和3.89%;建議活檢者共342人,實(shí)際活檢20人,活檢依從率為5.85%,活檢共發(fā)現(xiàn)乳腺癌10例,乳腺癌檢出率為3.20/萬(wàn)。結(jié)論廣東省農(nóng)村婦女乳腺癌防治知識(shí)知曉率較高,活檢依從率較低,還應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)適宜的宣教措施。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the screening of breast cancer in rural women in Guangdong Province, and to screen the current status of breast cancer prevention and control in Guangdong, and to provide the basis for reducing the incidence of breast cancer. Methods According to the multi-stage random sampling method,3209 rural women in 6 project counties of Guangdong province were investigated for breast examination and breast cancer prevention and control in 2011 and 2011. Results The methods of knowledge acquisition for breast cancer prevention and control of breast cancer were mainly focused on the dissemination of the education manual (62.04%) and the radio and television special program (45.36%) at the time of the free inspection, and the correct rate of the examination of 9 breast cancer prevention and control knowledge was 93.26%. However, the self-examination method of the breast was relatively low (77.05%); in all the subjects, 88.20% and 7.75% of the right and left milk were received, and the positive rates of the right and left milk were 0.93% and 0.87%, respectively. The positive rate of breast cancer was 3.37% and 3.89%, and the positive rate of breast cancer was 3.37% and 3.89%, respectively. Conclusion The knowledge of the prevention and treatment of breast cancer in rural areas of Guangdong province is high, the rate of biopsy is low, and the appropriate education measures should be further strengthened.
