非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌組織中MMR的表達(dá)狀態(tài)及意義

【摘要】:目的觀察錯(cuò)配修復(fù)基因(MMR)在非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸組織中的表達(dá)狀態(tài)并探討其意義。方法選取141例接受手術(shù)治療的非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者,均未接受術(shù)前放療或化療。術(shù)后病理標(biāo)本進(jìn)行常規(guī)病理檢測(cè)及免疫組化法檢測(cè)4種MMR蛋白(MLH1、MSH2、MSH6、PMS2)表達(dá)。四種蛋白中一種及以上不表達(dá),即判定為MMR表達(dá)缺失(d MMR),對(duì)比MMR正常和d MMR結(jié)直腸癌患者的臨床病理特征。結(jié)果非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者的MLH1、MSH2、MSH6、PMS2表達(dá)缺失率分別為15.6%(22/141)、2.8%(4/141)、7.1%(10/141)、15.6%(22/141),d MMR率為25.5%(36/141)。MMR表達(dá)與非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者年齡、部位、腫瘤大小及病理類型等有關(guān)(P均0.05),d MMR更多發(fā)生于60歲以下、近端部位、黏液類型癌及較大的腫瘤(P均0.05)。結(jié)論非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者癌組織中MMR表達(dá)存在缺失,MMR狀態(tài)的評(píng)估有助于判斷患者預(yù)后和指導(dǎo)治療。

Methods 141 patients with non-metastatic colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment were not treated with preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
