【摘要】：目的:已有研究證實(shí)探討拓?fù)洚悩?gòu)酶2α(TOP2α)過(guò)表達(dá)與實(shí)體腫瘤的臨床病理特征及預(yù)后相關(guān)。然而少有研究報(bào)道TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)與胃癌臨床病理特征及預(yù)后關(guān)聯(lián)。本研究目的探討TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)與胃癌患者病理特征之間的關(guān)系,以及對(duì)胃癌患者預(yù)后的影響。方法:收集2009年12月到2011年12月就診于四家醫(yī)院的胃癌患者。這些患者均行R0切除術(shù),術(shù)后留取胃癌患者病理組織,將組織于福爾馬林溶液中浸泡、石蠟包埋后切片。通過(guò)電話及院內(nèi)、院外門診系統(tǒng)對(duì)所有納入研究的胃癌患者進(jìn)行隨訪。TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)與患者臨床病理特征、整體預(yù)后以及接受術(shù)后化療的患者預(yù)后之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)與腫瘤位置(P0.001)、腫瘤浸潤(rùn)深度(P=0.002)、以及pTNM分期(P=0.002)等臨床病理特征相關(guān)。TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)與患者的其他臨床病理特征無(wú)相關(guān)性,包括性別(P=0.199),年齡(P=0.459),腫瘤分化程度(P=0.071)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移分級(jí)(P=0.192),淋巴、血管浸潤(rùn)(P=0.382),神經(jīng)浸潤(rùn)(P=0.382)。單因素及多因素分析均提示:在小于或等于60歲的非賁門胃癌患者中,TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)患者有更差的5年總生存時(shí)間(P=0.023)。在小于或等于60歲接受術(shù)后化療的非賁門胃癌患者中,TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)患者同樣預(yù)示更差的5年總生存時(shí)間(P=0.048)。結(jié)論:TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)與腫瘤位置、腫瘤浸潤(rùn)深度、以及pTNM分期等臨床病理特征有相關(guān)性。在小于或等于60歲非賁門胃癌患者中,TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)提示較差的5年總生存時(shí)間。在小于或等于60歲非賁門且接受術(shù)后化療的胃癌患者中,TOP2α過(guò)表達(dá)同樣提示較差的5年總生存時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between topoisomer 2 偽 (TOP2 偽) overexpression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of solid tumors. However, few studies have reported that the overexpression of TOP2 偽 is associated with clinicopathological features and prognosis of gastric cancer. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between overexpression of TOP2 偽 and pathological features of patients with gastric cancer, and its effect on prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. Methods: from December 2009 to December 2011, patients with gastric cancer were collected from four hospitals. All of these patients underwent R0 resection. After operation, the pathological tissues of patients with gastric cancer were taken and immersed in formalin solution. All patients with gastric cancer included in the study were followed up by telephone and in-hospital and out-of-hospital outpatient system. the relationship between TOP2 偽 overexpression and clinicopathological features, overall prognosis and prognosis of patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy.
