【摘要】：目的了解某隊(duì)列人群老年消化系統(tǒng)癌癥住院費(fèi)用及影響因素。方法運(yùn)用歷史性隊(duì)列研究方法,整群抽取某隊(duì)列人群職工醫(yī)院2001~2010年診斷為惡性腫瘤患者的病歷資料,選取60歲及以上住院患者1 128例,采用多元線性逐步回歸方法對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果人均住院費(fèi)用為5 209.26元,每人日均住院費(fèi)用為375.31元,且與年份無(wú)相關(guān)性(P0.05);影響因素最優(yōu)方程為Y^=8.312-0.159 X1+0.219 X4-0.243X5+0.035 X6,影響住院費(fèi)用的主要變量為治療結(jié)局付費(fèi)方式性別住院天數(shù)。結(jié)論應(yīng)加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院內(nèi)部管理,采取綜合措施降低老年消化系統(tǒng)癌癥住院費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hospitalization expenses and influencing factors of digestive system cancer in a group of people. Methods using the method of historical cohort study, the medical records of patients diagnosed as malignant tumors in a cohort hospital from 2001 to 2010 were selected. 1128 inpatients aged 60 and over were selected. Multiple linear stepwise regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results the per capita hospitalization cost was 5 209.26 yuan, and the average daily hospitalization cost per person was 375.31 yuan, and there was no correlation with the year (P 0.05).
