【摘要】：剛地弓形蟲(Toxoplasma gondii)是一種單細(xì)胞寄生原蟲,入侵機(jī)體后可誘導(dǎo)機(jī)體產(chǎn)生抗弓形蟲免疫應(yīng)答,這種免疫應(yīng)答與抗腫瘤免疫應(yīng)答有相似之處。近年的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),弓形蟲非復(fù)制型尿嘧啶營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺陷型疫苗株(nonreplicating avirulent uracil auxotroph vaccine strain,cps)能有效地抑制多種實(shí)體瘤的進(jìn)展。本文就弓形蟲cps株對(duì)小鼠卵巢癌、胰腺癌和黑色素瘤的免疫治療進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為個(gè)體化癌癥免疫治療提供有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:Toxoplasma gondii (Toxoplasma gondii) is a single-cell parasitic protozoa, which can induce the immune response against Toxoplasma gondii after invading the organism, and this immune response is similar to the anti-tumor immune response. In recent years, it has been found that Toxoplasma gondii (nonreplicating avirulent uracil auxotroph vaccine strain,cps) can effectively inhibit the progress of various solid tumors. The progress of immunotherapy of mouse ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer and melanoma with Toxoplasma cps strain was reviewed in this paper, in order to provide valuable reference for individualized immunotherapy of cancer.
